The street was very noisy and very inconsiderate for their guest, if they are running a hotel business then they should pass some laws that protect their guest who pays for their business.

Location is ok, and the room is cheap and fine for few days for small budget.

The street was very noisy with the motorcycles and trucks, you won't have any good sleep, you need loud headphones to block the noise.

The place is cozy and nice and very near to a lot of major government and business establishments and agencies in Manila. The airport is less than an hour away as well. Very recommended for anyone who wants to have a quick ride to the airport.

Value for money. The staffs are polite and accommodating. Will stay here when I go back to mnl. Thanks

Overall it was good except for the location.

1. NO fridge. No shampoo, no dental kit. 2. Can't even make a phone call from the room Using the land line. I was told to go to office to make a phone call to connect to a local land line.

I like manong who is serving my breakfast everyday. Very friendly and accommodating.
