Absolutely fantastic place in a very convenient location. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and this was a great stay all around.

There was extremely loud construction in the hallway that we wish we knew about sooner, but that was just unfortunate timing.

There were some condiments (although the salt is quite old)and a brita water jug. There was toilet paper.

A $500 security deposit! It is very dirty and in poor condition. Gouges in the table and floor tiles. The wood floors are badly worn, and the furniture is very stained and smelly. The blinds don't go up or down, the tv remote doesn't have batteries, the cutlery isn't clean. There was no bedding for the couch and it isn't a fold-out, even though I had expressly asked and confirmed about the third bed prior to booking (sleeps 5). The bedding didn't arrive until the second day of our stay. I had to sleep on the filthy couch. When they dropped off the bedding the next morning it was one flat sheet, one pillow case (no pillow), and a blanket. The owner did not help with anything in a timely manner and continued to send form letter messages about how much they hoped I enjoyed my stay, despite not getting me bedding for the couch! No air conditioning, the windows don't open, one fan didn't work.

Great location, walkable to all of historic Uptown Saint John. Lots of light and nice view with large windows in the living/dining area. All basic needs provided with added kitchen spices, condiments, coffee & tea. Easy access to our parked car by the rear door. Spacious.

It was just the right size for me and my adult son. Everything was really clean and the parking area was good. Being right next door to a really good Italian restaurant was a bonus! We got takeout from the restaurant for supper.

My only complaint was that the TV wasn't set up to get local channels. However, we had access to Netflix.

Good location for work. Very, very clean. Quick response to any questions. Close to all amenities.

The only thing I can bring up is poor internet connection.

location was fine. The flat was somewhat impersonal, and we found the kitchen equipment somewhat limited. compared to other locations we have stayed in, we have found that this place was lower in ranking. But it met the purpose that we wanted to have an accommodation for one night in St John.

Location was close to the waterfront, market, shops, and restaurants. There was plenty of space in the apartment.

There was no air conditioning, however there were fans. There didn't appear to be recycling.
