Our first time in the Isles of Capri. Silvio and Mercedes' House was wonderful and the location was fab. Four nice relaxed restaurants and Tikki bars within walking distance. House facilities were first class, inside and out. Marco Island and Naples easily accessible by car. We also made use of the bikes which are available at the house. I'd definitely recommend the house and the Isles of Capri. We will return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Amenities were exactly as listed. Children even spotted a dolphin swimming past the dock. Will definitely stay here again.

This house is everything advertised and more. Beautiful amenities, nice quiet neighborhood with a large pool. Isles of Capri is a hidden gem as is this house. We would stay here again. Spent spring break with the family at this home and it did not dissapoint.

The house was very clean with new appliances, lots of bedding and towels. There was plenty of space for the six of us to enjoy and the pool was wonderful.

We rent between 3 and 4 homes each year and this house is in our top five. The property received a complete renovation prior to our arrival and was done beautifully. The pool is, like the description states, over sized. You can actually do laps. The outdoor space is amazing with so many places to congregate with friends or escape to for alone time. If you're not sure whether to book or not, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a house with a big pool and this one didn't disappoint! Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. The location was great too!

This was as lovely in reality as it is in the pictures. We spent most of our days sitting around and in the heated pool. So refreshing! We came to relax, so that's what we did. Getting to Marco Island is quick and easy. We varied eating at home (Walmart delivery!) and going out for dinner. If we head back to the area in the future, we'll see if this property is available!

This home is a treasure for a family like ours that loves to spend time together exploring beaches and shelling, and then chilling at "home" with friends. Very clean property, all around. We unnecessarily worried that the temp of the pool and in the house is regulated by the owner - we found that the pool temp was always great and refreshing and the house temp was perfect (maybe even tended toward cool after long days in the sun). The bedrooms are roomy and the beds incredibly comfy. We love cooking (and eating) and the experience here did not disappoint. Appliances clean and efficient. Knives are sharp, cutting boards, utensils, serving and prep dishes are plentiful. I never found myself in need of something I could not find. The Weber and Blackstone grills are in great condition and so convenient to have available. The oversized pool offers parents the opportunity to float around without getting splashed by kids playing games in the shallow end. We enjoyed that there were two kayaks available so we could get out on the water and explore the bay and the mangroves. The fishing poles could use some upkeep from an experienced angler but it was so great to be able to fish off the dock. We rented boats from the Capri Marina (shout out to Mike - the best guy) and it was great to be able to load up the boat right on the dock. If you are a new visitor to SW Florida, be prepared for the totally standard experience of hearing property maintenance crews at and surrounding the house beginning ultra early (for vacation), lasting up until mid-day. So, get up early and head out to Tigertail Beach, the best place on earth!

The home was really clean and bright - the pool was nearly perfect and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Isle of Capri is a wonderful location to get away but be close to everything.

Our family of 6 loved this vacation. This house fit us perfectly. We fully enjoyed ourselves in the heated pool and the backyard. My son loved fishing off the dock. The house had more than we expected (bikes, pool toys, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys) to enjoy ourselves to the fullest for the week. Quiet spot and close to Marco and Downtown Naples.

We just returned from the Waterfront Retreat and had the most amazing time! You can't go wrong with this absolutely stunning home that sits right on the water in the Isles of Capri. The house is perfect and exactly what is pictured on the site. Our family loved the indoor pool and water toys and while we didn't use, the house is also stocked with kayaks, bikes and other fun water rafts. The house is extremely clean and beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms so perfect for our family of 4 or if you have friends visiting. We visited Marco Island which is just a short drive to the beach (10 mins) and Naples (25 mins) and also nice to have restaurants on the Isles of Capri that are walking distance when you want to stay close by. If you are into fishing and boating, there's a marina right on the island or many that are close by. I would recommend calling ahead since now is the busy season but definitely worth it to see all of the sea life - lots of dolphins!! We had the most amazing time and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. We'll be back!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was very clean upon arrival - and I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The pool was wonderful and a great temperature! My husband cooked on the grill for every meal - very high end grill! They provided lots of towels and linens as well as many outdoor pool and sand toys. The neighborhood was very quiet. Bring your own dishwasher, laundry and bath soap, there wasn’t any starters provided. We will definitely be back!

Spent a nice relaxing week at this beautiful home. Very comfortable house, great pool and lanai, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 20 min drive to downtown Naples and just 5 min to restaurants and beaches in Marco Island. We would definitely recommend this place for a low-key, relaxing getaway!

This was our first trip in almost 2 years. We wanted a place to relax and swim for a week. This beautiful home was a perfect place to stay. Plus it’s centrally located . Near to Marco Island and close to Main Street in Naples. The Isles of Capri also has several wonderful restaurants close to the house. The communication with the owners was excellent, the house was even more beautiful than the pictures. And the house was immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. One of things that stood out to us was that the heated pool was actually heated and well maintained. We’ve rented other homes that claimed to have a heated pool only to find out the heater was broken. We will definitely be returning and my brother and his family have already booked their stay this fall. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a perfect stay. We had not been away by ourselves in awhile and this fit the bill! The atmosphere, pool and area were perfect to relax and disconnect. We ate at some of the suggested restaurants and cooked on the grill! Thank you for opening your home for us to enjoy!

My Husband and I spent a week at this house and it was absolutely beautiful! extremely clean and we went to two restaurants nearby that were delicious- we can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing week on the Isle of Capri. The house and property were immaculate and offered us everything we needed to enjoy this beautiful region of Southwest Florida. This location provides ideal access for those interested in exploring the waterways, beaches, and restaurants by boat. There are many great areas to explore and we look forward to our next visit at this property.

We loved the location. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, is on a waterway and has several restaurants within walking distance. The home has great outdoor spaces including a very nice pool. Inside, the home has modern furnishings and comfortable spaces to relax after a day in the sun. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house during the month of February! Everything was perfect -- clean; equipped with anything we needed; great location; amazingly complete list of house rules and information; beautiful pool and firepit. Our only minor complaint was that the stools around the island are not comfortable. Almost went out and bought new ones! We would definitely stay there again! We have rented many homes in Marco Island and vicinity and this was, by far, one of our favorites! Thank you for a delightful vacation!

One of the nicest vacation homes we've rented over the years. 3BR/3Bath set-up was perfect for us and kids who each brought a friend. Very large pool and pool deck. All furniture was clean and up to date in very good condition. Kitchen was by far the best stocked of any of the 15+ rental homes we have stayed in the last several years. Only drawback in our mind was the lack of things to do within walking distance, but all of the things to do on Marco Island are just a couple minutes away. And if you hate to grocery shop on vacation like we do, Walmart does deliver groceries to the house (and beer and wine also).

We came down to Florida to work and school remotely. We needed a house that was big enough to let 4 people work independently and it was great. We used the pool every day- heated and great size! We really appreciated all the outdoor space and areas to relax. The property is very well maintained. We would 100% recommended and stay again.

The house was perfect for our family! The huge heated pool in a great linai was enjoyable even in lower temps. The location was great with easy access to area activities and restaurants. We loved taking morning walks around the island. Everyone was so friendly! We would definitely stay here again!
