The views from almost every room was the best. We enjoyed the balcony. Walk in wardrobe was handy. Showers and bath were great. Very spacious.

Hands down, the parking. Very awkward angled parking spaces on a slight hill of driveway. Hard to get in and out of car especially for elderly or if you’re big like us. The internal garage isn’t part of the rental hence awkward park outside. Use of garage would’ve been a 10 for parking and access to house. Stairs to get up to house! This couldn’t be avoided with these beautiful homes, be prepared for stairs cardio with bags from car up to main lounge dining, then another flight up to the bedrooms/bathrooms. Dryer wasn’t great. Didn’t really dry our clothes properly but we made do as heating in the home was amazing.

Great accommodation. Used the place to get ready before my wedding and it was perfect. Great views, great lightening and great house.

Great views and very clean. Lived up to or exceeded the photos on line. Beds were very comfortable.

No iron. Stayed 10 days and had to go out and buy our own iron. Never had to fo this in any place.

This is one of the most beautiful holiday homes my team has ever stayed in. It has 4 double bedrooms and 3 of them has excellent lake views. We attached some photos taken on the deck and these beautiful photos would tell you the story. It feels like a home but much better than most homes. It is really new. The deck off living room is very big and the outdoor furniture is very comfortable as well. There is even a gas fireplace on the wall at the deck to keep us warm when we enjoyed the sunset on the deck. The neighbourhood is very quiet because late outdoor parties are restricted by the Local Authority. Parking bay may be steep but it doesn't bother us at all as we can park alongside the road on the parking bay in front of the house. We will come back and stay here when we re-visit Queenstown in the future.

Spacious with lots of room and nice view of Lake Wakatipu. The facilities and furniture are relatively new too. The place is comfortable and meets our needs nicely. It’s in close proximity to the airport and Queenstown. Ample parking either on the driveway or roadside is available.

There are stairs to get to different levels, which might be tricky for families with kids and bring heavy luggages upstairs. As there are lots of glass windows and doors it can get quite warm during summer in the house. Also there was a minor renovation going on in one of the bathrooms so we had to avoid using that bathroom.
