This was a great getaway for our church staff. The cabin was very comfortable and clean, and the view was fantastic. Highly recommend it!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning, hot water, and even internet bandwidth for a group of 24 ages 2 to 72. The house is located close to the community pool, a grassy area, and a pavilion. Lots of people have stayed here - some things are not in perfect condition - but nothing that disturbed our stay. Once we got used to the resident bears, we enjoyed their visits.

We had a wonderful week. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The house had breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. The property manager was easy to reach via text and very quick to respond on any questions or issues. Good amount of parking in front of the house. We made most of our meals there and between the two stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers it worked really well.

The cabin was perfect for our baseball team and families..Spacious and clean with a beautiful view! Eleven families stayed under 1 roof and had a fantastic time! Highlight: There were even bears who paid us daily visits!

There were some maintenance items that we found however did not report since it did not affect our stay or experience. We couldn't get one of the dishwashers to work, the jacuzzi tub didn't seem to be working, the outside deck lights on the lower deck did not come on. None of these things affected our stay and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen was great and adequate for our 46 person group. Living spaces were enough to gather and provide entertainment. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Our biggest disappointment was not having a functioning hot tub. When we stayed here in 2019 it had 2 hot tubs. Now it only has one and it wasn't working. The owner was unable to have it repaired during the 4 nights we stayed here. I was told it was out of her control. We've stayed in at least 6 different 12 bedroom lodges. This is the first one that did not have 2 hot tubs. I think any lodge that holds more than 50 people should have an appropriately increased hot tub capacity too.

The cabin needs a few updates. A few of the tables need to be sanded down and refinished. They were sticky and nothing we could do to remove the stickiness. The Air Hockey table didn't work that good plus has a big dent. One of the couches was torn. Other than that everything else was great.

We had catering boxes, wine bottles, water bottles, etc. We had one service call for a toilet fixture. The service text was handled promptly. Everything else was great and would totally stay there again.

We had family from all over the US come. It was great having a place where everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Each of the 3 levels has something fun to do: pool table, hot tub, video games and more. Very comfortable digs!

The pots and pans really need to be replaced. The mattress in the main bedroom with the large jacuzzi tub (whiich did not work) was worn out. A cabin this expensive really needs nice comfortable beds. I love the cabin and would rent again in spite of the issues. Maybe next time it would be better.

When we arrived it was very clean and one of the best stocked cabins I’ve ever stayed in. We also have to give a big thank you to the rental company and owner for working with us through a date change due to Covid. They were great. If our large group ever comes again we will definitely stay here again. If there is one negative, it would be nice to have the parking spaces for each cabin marked. There was a large group in the cabin by us and parking was confusing.

Location was good, because we have grown to like the Wears Valley location over the years. It is good location for a quick trip to Cades Cove. And you get great views. But it's a little distance from Gatlinburg and the action of P.F.

The property was lacking in multiple areas. Appearance and safety examples; needed painted/stained, deck had a burnt hole in it, boards on deck needed nailed down, and handrail/post in front needed to be replaced.

Biggest disappointment were the Amenities. Examples; the lower level TV had no sound, DD player in upper level had no remote to work it. The games; foosball table missing the ball. Air hockey broken. And the unit was advertised to have two hot tubs, which on arrival we found one had been removed.

The kitchen has a weird setup and should be remodeled and there were a lot of roaches in the kitchen, we contacted management and informed them, however they did not come to spray or do anything while we were there. Besides the nasty roaches...the rooms were nice and each room had a bathroom, there was not a bathroom in the main spaces, so everyone went to their bedroom to use their own bathroom. We didn't use the hot tub, but the pool table and air hockey table were nice. There were a lot of black bears around at night, so be mindful if you park near a trashcan. There was a black bear that ripped the chained down trashcan and started dragging it and it side swiped the car that was parked by it.Walmart is not far away for shopping purposes, but you are on the side of a mountain, so the road is very narrow and you have to take your time driving up and down. It would have been more pleasant had there not been roaches or if management would have come to spray or did something while we were there.

House was basically as listed on the website. Lots of kitchen supplies. (Except for wine opener 😧). We cooked every dinner at the house. Pool area was perfect! Shelley was quick to respond to our questions. Visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge although it was a long track down the mountain. Saw a couple bears! Yikes. Would definitely return.
