Lack of cleanness, location isn’t in the nicest part of town, horrible smell in the living area and the huge lack of kitchen utensils for cooking. Only one frying pan and no pots!!!!

The pool was nice, the apartment was large and suited to people travelling together but not partners.

Not enough kitchen utensils when we arrived. We asked for more and received most of what we asked for, but at the beginning it was like they didn't expect us to use the kitchen, which is most of the reason for choosing this option over a hotel. Also, we had room cleaning the second day we were there, a Saturday, which was unexpected, but not on the third day. Not sure why.

Very clean. Great location. Easy to grab a cab or walk to Malecon. Front entry guard was nice and a secure feeling. Loved being able to park our car inside for safety. Pool was a great amenity. Able to let the dogs outside on the terrace.

The sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly. It was uncomfortable.

Nice pool, large rooms. Free parking.

Both bathroom sinks splurted water everywhere. we were a party of 4 and only were given 3 towels. One shower did not have hot water.

great location, just a few minutes from the city center , also great Wi-Fi

Poor kitchen equipment, only 2 plates in the Presidential suite for 4-6 people.

This place is great, prices are excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is very central to everything. The staff are accommodating and tolerate my limited Spanish skills.

Smoke detector in the room was chirping, they didn't have a battery so we just had to disable it.
