Truly a magical place. I will cherish the memories of watching the sunrises from the beautiful Chalet balcony. The best place to stay in Gatlinburg!!

We loved this home! This home provided a perfect view of the smokies with active wildlife and an elegant interior! Victoria was very helpful throughout the process and made our stay seamless!

The deck views on this property were amazing. There were daily bears sightings which my children thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean and easy to navigate for all twelve of us. We used the hot tub nightly and enjoyed the community pools each day.

House was perfect for multiple families and kids. I recommend this house!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The view was breathtaking and the house was clean and cozy. Not too far from surrounding entertainment, as Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg are pretty close. The host was super helpful and always available when needed! We would definitely recommend this property!

This place was fantastic! My family and I wanted to visit Gatlinbrug/Great Smoky Mountains and we were able to find the best house! With an amazing view, all the amenities, hot tub, cleanliness and even some awesome views of wildlife in the safety of the Chalet- this was a 5 star place no doubt! The host was fantastic with communication and no issues came up during our stay. Truly, the best thing was the location. It was about 10-20 minutes away from Gatlinburg, Great Snoky Mountains, and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend!

Very nice! Kitchen very well equiped! Having all the bathrooms was great! I didn't realize how busy Gatlinburg was. Saw bears I believe 4 times right on the property. Views from the cabin take your breathe away.

This is my second time in this cabin, it’s perfect for a family of 11-12, even more. The location is unbeatable with perfect overview of the mountains and plenty of bear sightings.

We had a group of friends gather for a weekend in the mountains and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and comfortable for a larger group, with each of us having our own bef. The patio views overlooking Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains were stunning. The home is outside of the city enough for a cozy remote cabin feeling, but still a quick and easy drive into the city for dining and entertainment. Our host Victoria stayed in contact with us from the booking process all the way through the end of our stay, and was very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Gatlinburg or the surrounding area.

Great house and amenities overlooking downtown Gatlinburg from the west. House was very clean and spacious. Host was very helpful/responsive and provided helpful information about the area prior to arrival.

This is one of the best experience I have ever had when going through vrbo. The customer service was on point with quick responses and helping us prepare of our trip. There were 10 of us staying and slept everyone comfortably. The house was FULLY stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen from cooking utensils, a nice coffee pot (that was the most important) kitchen gadgets, and appliances. Plenty of everything even more cups and glasses in the basement as well. We were all very pleased with how clean the house was as well and enough room to forever to be together but also have privacy. Last but not least THAT VIEW! it's worth every dollar spent for the double balcony view! Alot of seating as well for everyone. I could go on and on honestly has our experience was the best and top notch! We will forsure rent again! The only thing I will say is if you want to enough the fireplaces make sure to bring fire wood with you!

The drive up the mountains was exciting, seeing the view for the first time was breath taking, the childrens really enjoyed the game room, the bedrooms were spacious, it felt like home. Really enjoyed our stay there, definitely will recommend 💯

Great property. We had a great time at the chalet and enjoyed the black bears making their rounds under the deck almost every morning.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful view chalet ! It was much more than we expected! Chalet is beautiful with everything you need! So easy to rent and very pleasant owners! I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely like to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The view was gorgeous at every sunrise and sunset, after rain showers and at night. We spent a lot of time on the comfortable back deck. We saw bears every day. So cool! One came up to our deck after we grilled. It's a good thing there's a gate with bars. They also tried to get into our cars. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We had brought paper products, but never needed to use them because there was a plethora of dishes and utensils. There were also plenty of towels. Everything was clearly labeled, which was very helpful. So we never needed to wonder where a certain light switch was. They have a guide which has information about the house, the area, everything. The only thing we had a little trouble figuring out was the a/c. It seemed to want to go off and come on at certain hours on it's own. The community pool is a short ride a few blocks away. There's also a playground there which the kids enjoyed. We had a 1 and 3 year old with us. We had brought a gate to go around the stairs, but we needed a little more than that because the baby could fit through the staircase bars. We did feel safe letting them play on the decks. I know the house has recently been renovated and it looks very nice. The owners promptly addressed any issues we had and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. We really enjoyed our time there.

This property was amazing. Accommodation for 15 was Terrific, we had plenty of room for everyone. The bears were extremely active on the property and gave us great entertainment.

We were impressed with the views, awed by the beauty of the chateau, and impressed with the prompt and friendly communication. We will definitely come back. This is the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting the best views in Gatlinburg.

These and a sufficient number of bedrooms to keep kids from sleeping in the common areas were top on our wish list, and this house up high on a mountain fit us perfectly. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs and the decor, and the huge two tiered porches. It really was a great place. I am giving 5 stars 🌟 but need to say that the mattresses in the bunkroom are not supportive enough for teenagers. Our teens got by because of grabbing the mattresses from empty beds and doubling up. We made 17 meals in the kitchen during our stay and I am just so grateful for a VRBO which not only SLEEPS a large party but also has DINING SPACE for it!!! We enjoyed playing games and hide and seek in this 3 floor house and time on the porch and hot tub time and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Prepare yo fall in love with Chateau de Fleurs.

The house was amazing. The only real issue we had was the road was really steep. We should have looked at the street beforehand. Putting this in the house listing would have been nice.
