Came to visit Biltmore with my sister and husband. Centrally located with short walks to brewery and downtown, short drive to the estate. Only bad thing about the unit was that the front bedroom had a lot of street noise at night. Otherwise, fabulous

We (3 of us) stayed here end of April. It was clean and well kept. If you want to cook, everything you need was there. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, breweries, music, museum. If you have a car, nice & secure garage space is included. Only downside is street noise if you want to sit on deck. We could not find a bluetooth music hookup either. Great stay in a beautiful area!

This was an absolutely beautiful condo. I’ve been to Asheville many times, but this will be my go to place from now on Very close to the Biltmore house within walking distance of lazoom and restaurants.

This place is a 5 if you don’t mind noise; a 1 if you do. Wonderfully laid out and decorated condo with large bedrooms and great layout to provide your family with plenty of room to be together or separate (as you choose). Amazingly convenient location just 1/2 block south of Orange Peel where you can easily walk to almost anything you want to do downtown from Patton Avenue to Coxe to Biltmore Avenue, etc.Underground parking a wonderful feature - well lighted and extremely clean. Modern appliances and finishes along with an extremely large covered balcony. But, if you are sensitive to noise, this isn’t the place for you. First, there is road noise as it is located just feet from Biltmore Avenue. Can be deafening on the balcony, a hinderance to a light sleeper in the rear bedroom, yet barely noticeable in the communal areas (living room, kitchen) or first bedroom. It will occur all day and evening. It gets better after midnight, but it is always there. Second, there is a humming noise that occurs irregularly at all hours - usually 5 or 6 times a day. Loudest by the front entry door, it only lasts 30 seconds - 2 minutes max, but it is loud enough to wake someone in the front bedroom (the one that doesn’t haves street noise) when it happens after bedtime. We were told this wasn’t a known issue and they’d work with the HOA to address, might be worth asking if it has been addressed prior to booking. Overall, we’d return but if you have light sleepers or want quiet, avoid.

This was a great place to stay in Asheville. The place was exactly as described and pictures. The description of parking space was correct…we were able to get MB SUV in spot but didn’t need our car during our stay. Street was not noisy during our stay. LOTS of great restaurants with a short walk up to downtown area. A great place to get away from for a few days. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great place to relax.

We’ve stayed in the same building multiple times but on higher floors. This particular unit, was as described. Same management with prompt attention to a small issue in the bathroom-no complaints there. Only negative - road noise is very high at this apartment. Just due to its location. Something to be mindful of say if traveling with kids or people who may have hard time sleeping with that. Rooms had white noise machines, so that helped.

Excellent location. The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked with basics.

The condo was exactly as described!. Really close to local brewers and restaurants and The Orange Peel. Prompt response from owners when questions were ask. Condo was comfortable for 2 couples and I look forward to returning to Asheville and stay at this condo.

Property was spotless and very comfortable. Just down the street from Downtown, across from South Slope breweries. You can walk most everywhere. It was just right for the two of us.

Fabulous location and floor plan for four people. Within walking distance to all we needed in Asheville.

The condo was just as pictured. Very clean and modern nestled between Wicked Weed and Daddy Macs Down Home Dive. There were no ice trays in condo and we couldnt find any bags of ice downtown so bring your own. As noted in description parking space was tight and we had a BMW X5. It took a bit of maneuvering. There were no ice trays in the condo and we couldnt find

The location was perfect but it was a bit noisy with traffic since we were on a busy street. Condo was a nice space with 2 good-sized bedrooms and large bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Gave it a 4 star for 2 reasons 1) sofa needs to be replaced. Pull out bed was not easy to pull out or put away as it seems like there is something wrong with the frame. Also not very comfortable. 2) get cleaning crew to reset the heat after guests depart. Heat was programmed on a schedule, which we didn’t know and went off in the middle of the night (in January). We figured it out and were able to clear the programmed setting. But overall a nice space and excellent location.

Great two bedroom apartment that is walking distance to everything. Place was very clean with all new appliances. Reached out to the Property Mgt. a couple times with questions and they responded quickly.

One of the windows in the master bedroom would not close allowing noise in from the busy street and cold air. Shower in master leaked water all of the floor and into master bedroom because the odd shower door was not aligned. Overall the property was nice and I would stay again but I hope it will be more quite or there is another unit ok the other side of the building. The location was great!

Loved the location, loved the parking, and loved the property itself. Our unit needed a few minor repairs (shower door broken in master BR, piece of framing falling off on patio/balcony, washer but no dryer, etc.) but the pros far outweighed the cons. Would definetely stay there again. Very comfortable and very convenient.

Five of us stayed here for a girls weekend. We enjoyed being so close to downtown. We walked everywhere and felt relatively safe, even walking back late at night. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The down side was the noise from the traffic and the parking space was so tiny, but we’d still love to stay here again.

We were 2 couples on a shirt adult getaway. Great space, located within walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. I think the only downside would be that the street noise is quite loud on the balcony.

This was the perfect size and location for touring the local breweries. The only negative was the patio was a little loud from the traffic.

Place is super nice. Convenient walking distance to everything in downtown Asheville. Wonderful balcony and the place was stocked well from towels, bedding, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry tabs. Washer and dryer was an all on one. Microwave and oven same way. Road noise in the master would be the only complaint but they provide a noise machine and wasn’t an issue.

It was a lovely visit, the street noise was a lot., but worth it for the location.

We had 5 of us on this mini family vacation. We took a long weekend trip to Ashville to visit the Biltmore, take a trip up to Mt Mitchell via the Blue Ridge Parkway and check out some of the wonderful resturaunts and breweries we have heard so much about. Your condo started our ling weekend perfectly. We arrived around 9pm. The check-in instructions into the condo complex garage as well as the unit were perfect with no issue. The unit was very clean, stocked with all we needed as well as decorated nicely. The location was perfect for our group. Located walking distance to almost every resturaunt and brewry we wanted to try. And just a 10-15 minute drive to the first gate of the Biltmore. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The building is located close to downtown Asheville. Easy in an out. Very comfortable for two couples. Only slight issue is only one parking space although plenty of parking close by.

We had my sisters 60 th Birthday and wanted to come to Asheville. We were not disappointed. The listing was within walking distance of everywhere! The accommodations were very stylish, clean and comfortable. We will try to stay there again on our next visit!
