The staff were friendly and very efficient. The restaurant meals were amazing. Really were made to feel welcomed. The location was great.

Great location in the city. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and very clean and quiet.

The bed was sublimely comfortable and offered great rest to combat jet lag. Hotel Montreal also has an in house laundry and many thoughtful touches to ensure a relaxing stay.

There were cigarette butts on the balcony ashtray, obviously missed by the cleaner. Towels were a bit scratchy.

It was great to return to the Montreal after too long. It is in a great location and the staff did their usual superb job looking after us. This culminated in Kristina giving us a lift to the airport on our departure which was much appreciated.

Kumar was amazing and super accommodating after our book-a-bach let us down late on a Friday night.

Location was great - close to cbd to walk and also botanic garden and parklands. Good coffee nearby and a number of places to eat. The Mexican place down the road is on fire. Come in winter .. the outdoor log fire is the best

The location was fantastic! The hotel is close to several restaurants, the casino as well as parks and botanic gardens. As described, the hotel is pet friendly, and our little doggo received a warm welcome. All staff members we met were helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Suite was fantastic size and well set out. The bathroom was cold though, with no heating or towel rail plus an ill fitting door. Small but vital during winter.

The staff were always pleased to assist us with our requests. They helped make our stay more memorable. The food at the restaurant was excellent, location for access to the city centre was ideal. It was also great to be given a free drink voucher for the bar. We don't usually take our dog on trips, but we thought we would give it a go because they are pet friendly. This facility was also excellent and right near a couple of parks. We will be back

We were stranded in NZ on our way to Tahiti during the floods however this Hotel was a blessing and a great stopover. The beds were so comfortable and the shower excellent after the long delay we had due to the cancellation of international flights. We were so comfortable that we stayed in our room for the entire time we were stranded. The room was clean and had decent blockout curtains. checkout was easy. It’s a little noisy at times with the bar downstairs but we still managed to get quality sleep due to the comfort of the beds.
