Coming to Gatlinburg was a last minute decision. My family of 13 was on a planned beach vacation when Hurricane Debby decided to wreak havic. We decided to leave early and head to higher ground. Vicky, the host, was amazing. She communicated with me by text, then we spoke on the phone within minutes. She was nice enough to get us in that same day with suggestions on activities for the 5 kids in our group.
The house was CLEAN and we had everything we needed for the 4 nights we were there. The beds were comfy and private. The only issue we had was a plugged toilet that was fixed the next day. We had access to the managers phone number and he responded promptly.
We had a bear that visited each night which was exciting.
Overall, I would go back for sure. We had a great time.

We had a great stay, the layout of the rooms and number of parking spaces was perfect for our 16 person family. Location was a short drive to local grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg. Highly rommended for a home away from home.

We loved the house and will return ,we even got a chance to see 2 bears on different days and recorded it... No issues!!!! and the owner even checked on us the 3rd day. Large cabin perfect for an extended family weekend away. Location is tucked back in the woods away from the busyness of downtown but close enough to drive anywhere you want to go!

The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. The location is convenient to town and overall the cabin was ok. Some updates are needed such as bathroom vanities, the iron was literally falling apart as I used it and just some small things that if they were fixed the place would be amazing. Parking was a challenge so if you have larger vehicles please be mindful of that, that was mentioned in the listing as well. Lastly we had chose this cabin because it was pet friendly but found out after we booked that there was an ADDITIONAL fee to bring the dogs and it was more than we pay for boarding. So that was disappointing.

There was 13 of us and plenty of space for all! Very beautifully decorated. The mattresses were amazing. Memory foam, I believe. Best nights rest away from home. Simple to get to. Didn’t really use the pool. Kids said the water was cold. But we weren’t really at the house to use it a lot. Was always on the go. Would definitely stay again.

As I communicated to the owner, whom was very nice, overall the home had numerous little things that could be improved but overall we had a very nice stay in their rental home. Having 5 King bedrooms and a loft for the children was great. Additionally, being pet friendly made this our choice for my family of 12. The location was convenient and parking was adequate. The hot tub and nearby pool were welcome features. I would recommend that the cleaning crew or properly manager verify everything is working properly before checking in to avoid issues for new tenants. Recommend this property if you arent overly picky and can focus on the good features of the home and nearby attractions.

My family and I had a great time here! The location of the house is great - close to Gatlinburg, a grocery store, the art district, and the National Park. The layout of the house worked really well for us. The 5 bedrooms all have king beds and are spread out on 2 floors so everyone had their own space. The three teens took the loft upstairs (by the pool table) so they had their own space and their own bathroom too. The property manager was super responsive when we texted to ask for more towels and a toilet plunger. :) I recommend taking a look at the property on Google Maps so you can see the area. The house is on a pretty steep hill and close to other houses in the complex. There's no playspace outside except for the porches. But overall we loved the space and would choose it again!

Great spot. A bit of hiccup at check-in but Vicky answered my call immediately and issue was resolved straight away. The house, for us, is more of an adult weekend spot as the kids needed more space to run but the house is exactly as advertised and the owners were lovely to work with . Would stay again no questions asked.

The cabin perfectly met our needs. It was a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg but for enough out that it made for a peaceful retreat. Our 8 teenagers loved the amenities and are ready to go back! The owners were a treat to work with and removed any concern before we arrived. Fantastic property!

The cabin is huge with all of the stated amenities, plus a large hot tub that isn’t in the pictures. The owners are so easy work with, as well. They’re were 10 of us & we had PLENTY of room. This cabin may not have all of the frills some of other cabins offer… BUT (and that is capitalized on purpose) it is THE CLEANEST, most well equipped, COMFORTABLE cabin we have ever stayed in. Cleanliness and comfort are SO much more important in my opinion to other unnecessary amenities.
There were 5 king sized beds and we all talked about how comfortable each mattress was.
We are actually currently planning a return trip with a completely different group of people!
The hosts personally reached out and communicated and were so sweet.

We used this cabin to house our cook team for our youth retreat. This was a perfect location to where we were staying and gave our adults a great place to escape the noise in between meals and relax. It has lots of space and close to Gatlinburg's attractions.,

My family and I travelled from Miami to spend new years and we are so happy with our cabin choice. Brian and Vicky communicate great. Beautiful cabin, great location (8 mins from downtown gatlinburg and 25 mins from pigeon forge) grocery store 4 mins away. Cabin is fully equipped and very well take care of. Will definitely be reaching out to Brian and Vicky for future rentals.

Spacious house with plenty of room, parking, and within minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hosts were very quick to respond and expressed concern for us during the recent zero degree cold snap. Very good value for the money and can’t wait to book again.

The cabin as a whole was good. There were some things that needed attention - more than a couple of burned out light bulbs, a kitchen shelf collapsed in the cabinet because it only had 3 of the little shelf holders, and we found some dirty dishes. No deal breakers though.
