2nd stay just as wonderful as the first. Felt like returning “home” just as we left it last year. Amazing clean penthouse with a rooftop patio and walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Love, love, love this area and had great communication with the property manager. We hope to return again soon!

Stayed for 10 days with our family of 6...kids aged 10-15. Highly recommend - easy walk to the sandiest beach in Rincon, amazing roof deck, owner was fantastic to work with. Will 100% book again.

Phil's Place was clean, ideally located. great communication prior to the stay and ines was very helpful during our stay.

Perfect location with just a short walk from Sandy Beach and local restaurants. The terrace views were awesome. Easy communication with the Property Manager. Loved everything

Ines, the manager, was excellent. Ines responded very quickly to a few minor issues. The condo was perfect. The power went out for 5 seconds because the generator kicked in and we never had any other concerns. The condo is well stocked and provided coolers, chairs, towels etc. everything we needed for a great week. Thank you Ines

Great condo in a wonderful location! Clean and stocked with beach equipment and nice rooftop deck with ocean views. Close to the beach and all that the West Coast of PR has to offer. Perfect for our family of 6. We will definitely be back!

What a great home! It was clean, organized and neat. Everything was available to us. The kitchen had all the necessary things like pots and pans and cooking needs. The AC’s kept us nice and cool. Upstairs roof deck was amazing with the grill! The view was spectacular!! We had a pool downstairs for the kids to hang out in. It was extremely convenient to walk down to the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk down the hill. It’s a short drive to the local town with shops and restaurants. Great home!! Will definitely come back to visit again one day.

My friends and I rented the property and had an amazing experience. Ines was able to be easily reached when needed, the place was clean and had everything needed for our stay! Great location, will be renting again in the future!

This condo is perfect! Great location, great layout. Rooftop is ideal for entertaining, condo is stocked with beach equipment, kitchen supplies everything about the condo was perfect. Including the pool. And great quick responses from owner/manager. Definitely will rent this condo again and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay with our preschool and first grade children and their grandparents. We all loved the pool and the rooftop deck. The Ac’s in the room work great and the house was well stocked. There were lots of beach necessities and a handful of walking distance bars and restaurants. I would recommend staying here 100 percent!

We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The condo roof patio is simply out of this world. The host is terrific, the location is great. I cannot say enough positives about this property. You need to know however that the Kahuna Burger Bar is about 1/2 block away. It gets pretty loud, nearly nightly. Closing the windows and turning on the A/C completely drowns out the music and the partying patrons. I wanted to be fully transparent in my review. Everything else about this location is off the charts fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our host was top notch, the communicatio, facilities and location are absolutely terrific.

Not having an address and the road itself seemed a bit skeptical at first, but this property is definitely worth it!! The terrace has a great view. The properties around it seemed nice. Steps away from restaurants and a bar. Nice people all around. It is a surfers beach so be prepared for waves!

The building was clean with great views in an awesome location. Parking was easy, and the unit was well managed with great communication and surfboard rentals.

Such a wonderful rooftop patio! Well stocked kitchen and when not enjoying the patio lots of restaurants and sandy beaches to explore. Responsive property manager had awesome recommendations and the property owners have decorated the penthouse beautifully.

We stayed for a week at Philip's condo and the place was perfect: its in a great Rincon neighborhood with good food in walking distance, and a great beach a block away. There is a nice pool. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are boogie boards and beach chairs. The manager, Ines, is very responsive and full of good suggestions. The town of Rincon is just a 10 minute drive away as are many other beaches for surfing, snorkling and sunbathing. There was plenty of room for 6 of us and everyone found fun things to do each day. The deck is an amazing place to hang out at any time of the day, and especially for dinner. You can hear the ocean waves and birds from the hills behind. Its a great vacation spot!

This property is quite possibly the best place to stay in Rincon! I booked the property for a surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The hosts were hospitable, friendly and welcoming. We were informed of sites nearby and given information about places to visit and things to do in the area.The condo was well appointed, and had everything needed for a short or extended stay. The BEST part about the property is the terrace, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the ocean and relaxing while listening to the sound of the waves. There is a covered area that is perfect if you want to sit outside, but out of the sun or during the afternoon rain. It is beautifully furnished, and a great place for relaxing, reminiscing about the day, and of course, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.
