This home is absolutely beautiful! Naples by far has been the most beautiful place we have stayed. It was quiet and the beaches are amazing. The pool at this home was great for kid entertainment. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The showers and water pressure are perfect. There was everything needed for fun on the beach. Thank you, we will be back!

We had an overall nice stay at this place. The location was nice In a private residential area. The private pool was nice, however it was heated to 70 or 75° and it cost extra 150 to heat the pool warmer. The Jacuzzi for hot tub was the same temp as the pool, so not hot or even warm. Probably not a big deal, but I did not realize that. There were lots of places to sit a nice big table to eat meals and a grill to make food on. The TVs were nice and came with Disney Plus and Netflix. One thing we were not aware of was that the bedrooms that had the king beds were not private. They were walk through for others to use the bathroom. Also one of the king bedrooms didn't actually have a door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. That was probably the most disappointing thing, the bedrooms weren't private. Other than that the people were accommodating and there were lots of extras so you were happy at the beach and by the pool. There was even an extra wagon they purchased when I asked about a stroller. There are lots of towels and a washer and dryer to keep the towels clean. Lastly, there were two kayaks that are shown in the pictures that we thought we were going to be able to use, but they said they were off limits.

The New Diamond in Naples was a lovely home with all the amenities needed for our family and baby grand daughter. Pros: Very clean, modern kitchen with pretty much everything you need; Great barbecue area pool with lanai to keep everything clean; Good area with lots of shopping and markets close by. The cons

We had a great time cooking and playing games with our friends. Ashame the weather was unseasonably cold but the heated hot tub made it great for all of us. We would come back in the future.

Would definitely recommend this property. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and my grandchildren really enjoyed it. It’s located in quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to many restaurants and the beach. The owner Darina was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and requests.

Wonderful property in Naples. Our family of six (ages 12+) all had a fantastic time. The pool is beautiful and was enjoyed by all. Would definitely stay here again.

The first email I got from the owner was a request to take out the garbage--before she even provided detailed info on access! On my own vacation! Then she forwarded an email from a former client, which included the same access code as the one we used--which felt like a safety issue to me (and bad form). The house smelled like dryer sheets and air fresheners, which wasn't bad, but the laundry room smelled like cigarette smoke, so maybe the air fresheners were designed to cover the smell? The home also didn't include any info on the wifi, how to use the TV, etc. We had an issue with the pool pump, but the owner had it fixed quickly, and she seemed eager to help out, but it didn't seem like she'd given thought ahead of time to our arrival. The location is great, and the pool was very nice, as is the canal out the back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! This house is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything our group needed. The outdoor space was amazing, with plenty of room to hang out, a comfortable pool and hot tub, and the large outdoor table was perfect . The owner provided excellent communication for check in and proving details. We will be looking to stay at this property again in the future.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Vanderbilt beach and all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. The Kitchen was great for cooking and the table for 10 people on the pool deck was perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Again the pool was perfect for relaxing in to get the day going and to finish off the night in the hot tub. The host was great and got us everything we needed even extra beach chairs. The house has everything you need for a great family vacation.Kevin

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my friends and the property was very clean. We had 9 people and one person stayed on the pull out couch. The only issue that we had was that the pool and hot tub wouldn't heat up. We found out that the heater was turned off and the owner was very responsive and apologetic and gave us a refund for that. I would definitely stay again! It was so nice to sit at the big table outside by the pool with everyone. The bridge was open when we went which made us only an 8 minute drive from Mercato area. The location was wonderful only 3 miles to Vanderbilt Beach really close proximity to local shopping like Publix, Nordstrom rack and Trader Joe’s. The pool was amazing the outdoor living space was wonderful. The cleanliness alone was the number one for me and it had all the amenities that we needed. The home was nestled in the back of a sub right on a canal. We traveled with a group of 10 people six kids and four adults everybody had ample space and amenities to use that benefited each person.Thank your for letting us stay at your home!

Great house for family weekend getaway. We traveled with our toddler twins who absolutely loved the pool and city of Naples. So much to see and visit in a short drive. There is a bridge being repaired that made our drive through the neighborhood a little longer but that was our only issue and that was beyond anyone’s control. For being her first renters at the property, she did a great job making sure all our needs were met and everything was stocked to the full potential including making sure twin pack and plays were at the house for our twins to sleep in. Truly a great house and we look forward to coming back and visiting again!
