This was the perfect location for our ladies’ trip. The complex was quiet even though there were a lot of units. The home was equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The couch and beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and communication was good.

Best location in South Lake Tahoe with its own private beach. Unit was beautiful and comfortable with every amenity. RnR communication was outstanding. We felt well prepared for trip & knew support was available if needed (it wasn’t). I like to leave a place better than I found it, but that honestly wasn’t possible here. Would definitely stay again.

Condo is amongst the Lakeland Village, which is very close to stateline and Heavenly resort. Unit 506's accomodations were average, which we expected for the price. The furnace was extremely noisy, which is reported. The air it pushed into the bedrooms was noisy and distracted our sleep. Light from outside lamp pierced thru bedrooms blinds. Mattresses need to be rotated. Overall satisfied.

Very well equipped and maintained unit. Great kitchen for cooking, with a wide variety of cookware. Fun loft space for kids. Very helpful management company with plenty of information before the stay, and prompt responses during the stay. Very convenient location with a Whole Foods just across the street. Lots of good restaurants nearby too. Only downside was the forced air system is so loud, it kept some of our party awake, so we had to shut it off. Space heaters are available though!

I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to stay here! Great house, great location, pretty clean, has what you need (utensils and appliances), and its a short walking distance from the lake and stores. The only thing I would say is that the heater is a bit noisy, but overall its a nice place and would definitely considering booking again.

The property was clean and orderly. The location and access to the beach is a fantastic perk. Pretty much centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. There were a few minor issues. The ceiling fan in the loft didn't work. The coffee machine stopped working the first day but was promptly replaced with a new one. The bedroom smoke alarms randomly went off twice for some reason. The access code to the front door lock was deactivated the night before we departed. Not a dealbreaker by any means. None of those issues would prevent us from staying there again. Communication with management/staff was great with prompt responses to any questions or issues. We enjoyed our stay. It was also nice to meet Fred. ;)

Love the location of this property. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, but it's a private property and not so congested like downtown. The beach is walking distance and absolutely perfect! The home is clean and well kept and the kitchen has everything you need to cook any of your meals. RNR provided easy check-in details and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. They respond immediately if you have the need to reach out with any questions. Highly recommend!

The townhouse had all you would need to stay for a week. Nice decor and comfortable beds and furniture. Nice updated appliances. The electric grill on the patio was a plus.

Super relaxing experience listening to the rain drops hit the roof and the skylights. The place is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It felt like a home that I could stay in forever. The only hard part about it is the 3 floors, with the bathrooms only on the bottom floor away from the main living area and kitchen. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Tahoe getaway. The private beach, firepits and jaccuzis in the complex were the cherry on top for us.

We had an overall nice time. It was a nice home, but it really was impossible to heat all areas of the home. The amenities were great, including two types of coffee pots, soap, shampoo, etc., washer and dryer. Linens were nice and plenty of towels. The couch was great for the 4 of us, but would have been crowded on that living area with more people. The bathrooms/showers/sinks all on the entry level was odd and difficult for anyone staying the loft bed.
Summer time would be a better time of year to rent this home.

Beautiful spot, parking close to cabin and nice new cobble walkways to your place. Both rooms downstairs which was nice because we went during he hottest times of July and there is no A/C. We were able to use the ceiling fans and keep the doors closed and it stayed pretty cool for sleeping. Being shaded by trees helped. Second level has nice sectional for the whole family to sit and a balcony with seating for 4 which was nice in the evenings when the weather was cooling down. Full kitchen with everything you would need! Just a short walk to the beach. Our first day there we got down to the beach and put up our tents and umbrellas and kept them up thru the following day. There are also lounge chairs for use from the facility, first come first serve. Defiantly will be coming back next year!!

great location except a few things went wrong during our stay. #1 was the cleaning fee is fine but if i see pubic hair in the bathrooms and showers that ain’t cool. also had someone remodeling their condo next door at 8 am which seemed a bit early. also was given the wrong wifi password and spent an hour figuring that out. unit itself was great except the toilet clogs very easy downstairs. also note that the entire place shakes of you use the stairs. the shared pool was closed, great view, but hot tub was covered in sand and dirty. i would return but for the price it was not really worth it.

We are used to staying in larger units at Lakeland Village, but this unit was very nice. It had very comfortable beds and beautiful hardwood floors! The pillows were awful, but R N R was very receptive to changing them out for future guests. The unit was very close walking distance to any of the stores and close proximity to restaurants also. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The ceiling fans were a big help because it was very warm during our stay. The only thing to our dissatisfaction was that the window did not open in one of the bedrooms. They told us to prop it open with a wooden spoon which seemed really ridiculous to us, but overall we were very comfortable with the unit.
