Location.

There was no breakfast I was charged for it, fridge was not working, was given a different bed option.

The staff was friendly and did their best to be helpful.

I hope you like it 74 degrees because your not getting a room cooler than that. If I knew my dad was controlling the thermostat, I would have stayed there.

The desk clerk upon arrival did not alert us to the extensive cost for our pet. I was not notified and charged an outrageous amount for her on the last day of our stay. The pet facility was also locked up our whole stay and not even made available. The cost was Over double what other IHG facilities charge. Upon leaving i expressed my concern in how it was handled and the young lady on the desk that morning was very disrespectful and showed an attitude that was very unprofessional. I’m sure nothing will come of this. I will definitely be writhing a letter to the CEO.

The hotel is very nice and looks as if it is new. The decor and furnishings are up to date and attractive. It was also very clean, including the grounds. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, the green rooftop was gorgeous and a beautiful place to relax. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the dog park. Since there is no grass on the property, it would have been nice if the dog park were equipped with artificial turf. Currently, wood chips are covering the ground and it looks dirty and unsanitary. One of my dogs refused to walk around inside the dog park.

Quiet. Large room.

The rooms were very nice and clean, we loved how big the fridge was compared to most hotels! The Pool and hot tub were great and the highlight was of course the roof top! We spent every evening up there enjoying the view. Would highly recommend staying here.

The only issue was with the rooftop bathrooms. The men’s room was locked the whole time and the women’s toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the back off the toilet. Easy fixes in my opinion and definitely didn’t ruin the trip for us!

Availability of kitchen area, although very small.

No maid service for 7 night stay. Stove too small for more than one item. Only one chair in the room.

The front desk staff always smiled and acknowledged us with hello or enjoy your day whenever we would come and go everyday.

Love location , room was roomy and there were plenty of restaurants near by too choose from. The view from our room was beautiful. I will be staying there again.

We walked into our King room and it smelled like smoke went to desk and they moved us too another room with two Queen beds, which smelled much better.

Everything about our stay was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff was very welcoming.
