Very clean well run Hotel, extremely friendly, excellent breakfast and choice. Evening meals are available excellent choice and well cooked and plenty.

Room was a bit run down and small, required updating Room was small and difficult to move around with 2 suitcases on the floor. Could easily hear other guests at nighttime, with one person snoring all night

like the hotel and food was good but very strange that the hotel doesn’t do any food in the evening and wasn’t told about this when booking.

i’ve stayed here before. Great location, clean and excellent breakfast.

I stayed here with my son and family and at checkin on Monday, informed them that we may not need Wednesday as we had an early morning flight and maybe couldn’t get there in time. We had not yet paid. She said “no problem, just let me know”. so next day when we found ferry couldn’t grt us there in time, we notified desk that we would have to stay at a hotel at the airport and therefore needed to cancel. i was then informed that there had to be 48 hours notice, and that we booked through booking.com so no refund. Why wasn’t I told that the day before when it was 48 hours. Booking.com makes bookings only. it says in their contract that everything else is at the discretion of the hotel. I have lost £156 but the hotel has lost a customer. i have stayed here before but I won’t again, nor will I recommend to others.

Breakfast and dinner was lovely - good choices. Booked two rooms, they were spacious enough and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do more. Will definitely be back.

Most was OK

I simply hate arriving at a hotel and discovering that there's an unknown surcharge being applied in this case a £15 surcharge for having my dog with me. Having stayed locally the night before with NO surcharges I was VERY disappointed at being charged all this extra increasing the costs of the hotel room considerably. If a hotel describes itself as PET FRIENDLY, it should be, and it certainly should have all its charges UPFRONT.

This hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in and the view had from our room 15 was good and the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly.

Second time we have stayed here and it just gets better. booked our evening meal in the hotel and were not disappointed the food was excellent. Will be booking again soon.

Lovely clean stylish room

Staff were very welcoming and location was ideal for going to the Cowal Highland Gathering and nice view from room. Breakfast was excellent.

Can be quite noisy due to no sound proofing, thin walls and noisy plumbing. Limited street parking.
