Location was fantastic.
Not once in 9 days did we get a sunbed by the pool. They had towels in every one from pre 8am. So we spent Euro 150 on sundress longer beach aligned to the hotel. No vouchers offered from the hotel. Given what we paid to start with this was very poor. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room either.

Breakfast excellent! room had to be changed because the first option was too small and not really a nice ocean view.... very great area dirctly at the beach! Pool and Beach option. The only negative point: in the morning people were doing reservations for their sunbeds.... this is not optimal for this price....

The location is just a dream

The hotel is located on Cala Petita, a really nice beach. The sandy area is smaller than Cala Gran which is also 4-5 minutes away on foot. The location of the hotel is particularly good, as you are only 5 minutes away from all the restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets on Cala d'or. The hotel has a free parking space, very close to the hotel, where you enter with an access code. Breakfast was quite good with both international and Majorcan alternatives. The pool area and the pool bar is also nice and very clean. The hotel has daily activities and excursions if you are interested and staff is very helpful.
This is not something the hotel can change or improve but it's still good to know for future guests. This is an adult only hotel and really very quiet and peaceful. But the beach of course is open to everyone. And since it's a nice sandy beach, there're a lot of children running, swimming, playing, and sometimes crying and even screaming. It wasn't really a problem for us, as we preferred the pool area to read/relax.

Location was ideal, right on the beach and only 100m to walk to the local restaurants, bars and shops. We used the public car park across the road and were given a code for the gate by the hotel so did not have to pay for parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Thought the bathrooms could do with a bit of updating, other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel

Swimming pool and surrounds were top notch. Breakfast was the best spread we have ever seen and we have seen a lot.
Access to a very clean and attractive beach was easy. Room was fine with a great sea etc view. Would stay there again.
Lack of hotel faciliites information eg did not know there was a lounge, library or spa facilities until discovered days later. Need a book detailing the info. like you normally get in a hotel. We thought the towels were cheap in fact the pool towels were better. Despite the superior breakfast the one evening dinner we had was not very good and no flexibility on how many courses ie 30 euros for 3 courses whether you want them or not.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice.
Staff were very helpful, and the cold towels and fruit skewers mid morning by the pool were a welcome treat.
Rooms were basic and not the 4 star advertised.
Beach bar was noisy and conflicted with music playing at the hotel bar.

Location was excellent. Hotel comfortable.
Pool area not clean. We didnt see the area being washed down or the sunbeds during our stay. The mat to the entrance from the pool area never vacummed.

Poor breakfast, gym facilities and internet connection in the room.
