Great location, in the city center. The room was clean, tidy, and comfy. The breakfast was superb, diverse and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was too friendly and diligent to not tidy my room, although I did hang the “Do not disturb” tag on the door.

Very lovely boutique hotel near the center of Toulouse. Convenient to transportation, good restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast each morning.

Location was superb. I did a lot of walking during my stay and the hotel was central to the city. River, canal, old district etc. Room was good. Very clean, which is the most important aspect for me. As I was there for three nights a comfy chair would have been nice as I didn't really have anywhere to read other than the bed. That said it was functional and did the job very well. Plenty of hanging space, safe etc. I didn't take breakfast The reception staff were excellent. Incredibly helpful and could speak English. Assisted me with opening times, airport bus times, finding a bike hire. Overall just perfect

My only complaint is the value of the breakfast. 14€ for a breakfast of only cold items is just absurd.

The room was small as was the bathroom, but it was ok for a few nights. No water in the room.

Location was good. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety.

It was hot out. The room took awhile to cool down when you came in. Once you take the key out of the key lock and leave the room the power is cut so air conditioner does not run. Needs a bathroom fan. Rub is very high and almost dangerous getting out of it as it is a long step down if you have short legs,

The Albert 1er hotel was lovely with a superb staff that was attentive and caring. No request was unreasonable and all the staff were friendly and kind. The location was perfect and close to major tourist sites as well as several amenities.

There was a bit of noise from the road but these things cannot be controlled.
