L’hôtel est super bien situé, très propre et le personnel très sympathique. Nous séjournions en famille et nos enfants ont été très bien accueillis. Le petit déjeuner super copieux et délicieux. La chambre familiale était très confortable. Les toilettes sont séparées de la salle de bain ce qui est fort appréciable quand on séjourne à 4 dans la même chambre.

Bien qu'il y ait d'indiqué qu'il y a un parking sur booking.com, il n'y en a nullement. Pire, à l'accueil on nous mentionne qu'ils indiquent ceci, car un parking à 300 mètres...payant. Cela ressemble bien plus à de la tromperie plus qu'autre chose, pour ne pas dire plus. Si l'on choisi un hôtel car il y a un parking, c'est pour de bonnes raisons. De plus...lave-mains et non un lavabo. Pas de pression sous la douche...fort heureusement car débordement sans nul doute, car évacuation bouchée. Impossible de brancher un quelconque lisseur dans la SDB, ayant une prise non adaptée. En sommes, en mettant un peu plus, vous trouverez largement mieux et cela vous reviendra même moins cher au final. Fort dommage car bien placé au-delà de tout ce que j'ai pu mentionner.

Lamentable

L’hôtel n’a pas la climatisation. Sur la fiche booking ils disent que c’est indiqué en gras et dans le mail d’information mais c’est juste des menteurs. A fuir c’est une arnaque totale ils devaient me rembourser j’ai juste perdu 100€

L'hôtel Voltaire Opera a été un véritable paradis. En dépit du froid extérieur, notre petite chambre était confortable, chaude et bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de la réception – avec tous les conseils et les endroits à visiter dans la ville – et une note spéciale est nécessaire pour le merveilleux petit déjeuner : nous avons été guidés personnellement à travers toutes les options et cela en valait vraiment la peine ! Super central, mais dans une rue calme, proche de tout et définitivement un endroit à séjourner à Nantes !

We loved the welcome on arrival and the detailed information on Nantes and its attractions. Ideal location so close to the city centre and all the sights we wished to visit were in walking distance. Loved the decor and ambience of the dining room and decor throughout the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and staff so attentive. It was out first visit to Nantes, my grand daughter anxious to appreciate la vie française and soak up the atmosphere. Of the three locations we stayed in Hotel Voltaire Opera was our favourite

Cosy, comfortable rooms with very good breakfast. Look for the clock counting sheep if you are having trouble sleeping. Would go again.

The shower head was leaking resulting in low pressure. Needs fixing.

Everything! It is a small, family hotel which is comfortable, well-located with a very good breakfast and all the personnel were exceptional.
