Every single aspect of this house is perfect! The booking & checking in process was a breeze. The location is so convenient! And the house, WOW! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, it was extremely clean! There was something to do in this home for every single age group. Not only did the adults have a great time, but so did the children. The hosts were incredibly accommodating & kind. I highly recommend this house! We can’t wait for our next visit!

This was the perfect home for our family ranging in age from 6 months to 85. 5 bedrooms and two living spaces plus a wonderful outdoor area! The home had everything we needed. Location was great and several restaurants are within walking distance. The host was wonderful and always available. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas getaway!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time visiting Dallas. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. The location was great. The setup of the house (and back yard) made it easy for us all to be together at the same time without feeling crowded but it’s layout was also convenient for each family to have a place to retreat. The putting green and hot tub were awesome extras. The whole family enjoyed both. The owners had the house stocked with everything we needed. They thought of everything! The entire family, ages 5-72, were extremely impressed and pleased with all aspects of property. DEFINITELY 5 STARS

Ken was the most communicative host I have ever had on VRBO. I highly recommend anyone with parties of 6-10 to stay here.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals but this was one of the best. The house itself is fantastic and clean with an amazing game room, backyard, and comfy beds. The location is as good as you can get, right next to Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, and Globe Life Park. Could not give a stronger endorsement, especially for a large family.

We had a wonderful experience. Everything w needed to have a great family event and fellowship. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to stay in the area.

Let me start off by confirming this home is absolutely beautiful - it's like brand new. The location is perfect - we walked to the baseball stadium and nearby Live by Loew's Hotel daily for a conference. The backyard of the home is very inviting and relaxing. Best of all, the home owner is so welcoming and very responsive. We were horrified when our 3-year-old flushed his little toothbrush down the primary toilet, but Ken was so kind and understanding. We loved staying here, we loved Texas, and we certainly will stay at this property again when we return to Arlington. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect!

We were in town for my mother in law's birthday. She wanted to visit "Enchanted" at the State Fair and the house was a perfect location for us. The layout is well thought out and it was everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely book again next time we are in town.

This home is over the top beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. Kitchen is huge and well stocked for cooking meals for 10 adults. The bedrooms are warm with so much room that you never felt cramped anywhere in the house. The adults truly enjoyed the mini golf and were in the hot tub morning, noon and nite. Great location for Dallas Cowboys football game. Short walk and in a great neighborhood. Ken and Trudy kept in contact with me before, during and after our Vacation ensuring we had everything we needed. I will be back.

Easy

The home felt like home. My guests and I walked to the stadium for the game (Cowboys game) and the walk was not bad. The 15 minute walk felt like 10 with all the football tailgating on the main road. You will not go wrong selecting this house.

We had a virtual work conference that 10 ladies came from all over the US to connect and watch over a few days. This house was perfect for this, there was even 2 areas that we could choose from and were great to watch the conference all together. We worked, had a nice time and even sat outside and visited. The house was quiet inside and outside we could hear the excitement from baseball game that was literarily streets away. The football stadium is also right around the corner so would be a perfect house to come for a sporting event or with the family for Six Flags! What a great vacation spot, hope to have another reason to come back! Host was fantastic!! Thanks for a great experience!!

We rented this property for a family reunion. The house is modern, well maintained and comfortably slept 12 people. The house still smells new, is in close proximity to DFW airport, Cowboys Stadium, downtown Ft. Worth and has a host (Ken) that is easy to connect with and ensures that guests enjoy their stay at his property. A great place to stay!

Walmart and a number of fast food restaurants are in walking distance, and many shopping and food choices are less than 5 minutes by car, and easy access to the highway. We spent the weekend in the Fort Worth area to attend the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Hotels were crazy expensive near the event and wouldn't really accommodate my family (two grown kiddos and a spouse, a new baby, and my husband and myself). Plus my son had college friends he wanted to see and my daughter had a high school friend she wanted to see who is attending college there locally. With the house we were able to get everyone together comfortably, grill out, enjoy the outside patio (putting green, hot tub, etc.), and had a lot of fun and laughs in the game room upstairs! After 35 years of marriage I still didn't know my husband is a pool shark! :)- The house was perfect! Everything was fresh and clean and the beds were SO comfortable! It was easy getting in and out of the house and it's convenient to everything (6 Flags, sporting events, etc.). We enjoyed the Fort Worth zoo very much on Sunday and came "home" to hang out and watch more basketball. There's a Walmart Super Center just around the corner and we enjoyed meals at the house as a family. We have stayed at a LOT of VRBO locations through the years - some amazing homes in incredible locations and this one was one of the best. There has never been an owner more responsive than Ken! If you are looking for a great house near the Arlington/Fort Worth area, this is it! Thanks, Ken! It was the perfect little get away for my family!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is very clean, the beds, sheets and pillows were good quality! All the kids loved the backyard. The gameroom was a great gathering place as well! The owners have everything very well organized! I have 2 small things that would make it even better. Make sure the ice maker is turned on and be sure the dishes are all clean and put up. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Those are small minor details! Overall a fabulous house!
