The rental was extremely clean and spacious for our family. It is in a great location, and we were able to walk to the beach and area restaurants with ease. The decor was cute and beachy. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a really beautiful home only a few doors down from the beach. It is amazing, quiet, clean, relaxing....I can't say enough good things about the people managing the property too. If any little thing is wrong, they are there to fix it quickly. This is our second year of renting from them (different house) and we're looking to find another house for next year. You can't go wrong renting this home, it's really comfortable and so convenient to the beach.

Ideal location, comfortable beds, beautiful decor. Plenty of beach chairs, towels provided. There were a few maintenance issues that did not greatly affect our stay. Ideal

This property was amazing and had everything we wanted in a house for vacation. It was a very short walk to the beach ... maybe 5 minutes or less. The house was well equipped with everything you need for the beach including chairs, HUGE beach cart, plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and so much more. The pool was very awesome! Half of the pool is under the house for rainy days and it was very clean. Chairs to lay out by the pool were adorned with pillows. The rooms were very spacious and decorated very nicely. The back porch was screened in to keep you from the mosquitoes and was very nice to watch the storms. This section of the beach was never too busy and plenty of space to set up your beach equipment. We could have used a few more items in the kitchen but we made it through the week with no issues at all. The only thing that is quite inconvenient was the door alarm that would not stop buzzing one night. I would suggest putting a child gate at the bottom the stairs or some other safety measure for children. This buzzer was very aggravating as you has to hit a disable button every time you went in and out of the door. If you did not close the door in a few seconds it would loudly buzz. This was not a game changer for our vacation. If you want an awesome house steps from the beach then pick this home. We had an awesome week and will be back!

This is an amazing rental. Location could not have been better.

Great location close to beach.House kitchen was well stocked with needed pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Pool was great and heated so you can use year round.

Renting this property was very easy. Communication was a breeze. We had a couple of opportunities to talk with the staff. They were prompt, courteous and new just what to do.

Lovely, clean, roomy property in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located very near the beach. The pool is an added treat for evening swims. Great communication from the property managers and easy check-in/check-out process. Highly recommended.

My family just checked out of this property, and I wanted to leave this review right away in case someone is considering a stay here. Beyond the property being beautiful, well decorated, and a few yards to to beach, we had everything we needed! We are a family of six and we're very comfortable. There are multiple seating areas in the house, and outside. This house easily accommodates eight without everyone tripping over one another. Sleeping arrangements were also perfect and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The kitchen is open so you can have a few people helping with plenty of space. They have stocked the kitchen with anything you need. Seriously, you won't need a thing but the spices you like! There is a long table for 8 in the dining area, and the pool area has a table that accommodates 6. It was really nice to have tables large enough for all of us to eat! The pool is great and we liked the fact that it had a lot of shade. It was a good break when we came in from the beach. Be nice to the ladies that come to clean the pool if you see them, we really enjoyed them! The grill on the pool deck is new and there are tools to cook in the kitchen. The path to the beach is at the end of the street, only a couple houses down. There were a ton of toys for the kids, sand toys, boogie boards, floats, beach chairs and umbrellas, a nice size cooler, and two beach wagons to get it all to the beach! We were surprised to find plenty of pool and beach towels in the large basket by the living room couch. You won't need to pack any. My only warning is, this place will set the bar for future rentals. After you stay HERE, prepare to be disappointed 😃
