The room was quite small, but clean although the decor was tired & in need of refreshment (eg bathroom door [which was very badly designed & crashed into room door constantly] needed repainting. ) Clarins toiletries in bathroom were welcome. Shower was located over a ridiculously high bath (it came 2/3 way up my thigh !!) - actually dangerous climbing in & out as it was so high. This was not helped by the fact that the glass shower screen was fixed to the side of the bath & so could not be moved out of the way to allow you to “swing” your leg over the bath. This is an accident waiting to happen. We arrived quite late in the evening (9pm) & had already eaten, but wanted a drink on arrival. The bar closed at 10, but the TV Guide advised that room service was available until 11pm. Despite calling at 10.15pm we were advised that room service was NOT available. The mini bar options were beer, fruit juice or water. Pretty poor. Coffee machine in room but no milk or even powdered milk provided. Distinct lack of accessible plug sockets (which is increasingly important with ++ devices needing charging & only 1 socket by the bed (my husband uses a CPAP machine for sleep apnoea so this is very important to us). Free WiFi was provided but we had to relog into WiFi every time we returned to the hotel (& you couldn’t see the password you were typing as it was white text against a very pale background !!!) A hairdryer was provided but the cord was very tight which made drying my hair extremely difficult, even when sitting as close to the plug as possible. There was no mirror in bedroom so you can’t style your hair if you don’t have your own ! The air con was very fierce which seemed resistant to changing The lift was extremely small - only just fits 2 people with cases ! As mentioned before tired decor - the hotel was clearly once a very beautiful art deco style building,but it needs some TLC to restore its former a.

Good location and nice to be in a hotel with a bit of art deco, Jugenstil style (and yes, there were a few Tiffany lamps in the restaurant. (Food was excellent)

A mismatch in price m/value in my opinion. My room was nice of course (and I had an upgrade) but given that price for Geneva... not sure I would do it again.

The location is very convenient. The room is rather spacious. The bathroom is tidy. There are Clarins shower gel and shampoo/conditioner and the slippers which is a real luxury nowadays

Everything was good. Maybe the coffeemachine at breakfast was not the top as the coffee tasted a bit weird.

This hotel is fabulous. It's in a great location, easily reached from the airport by bus and if you contact the hotel beforehand, they'll email you Transport Passes which are free and can be used on all public transport in Geneva. Amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the Superior room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had beautiful Clarins Toiletries. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious, plenty to choose from including smoked salmon. I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel

The only thing I was unaware of was that the hotel take CHF 100 when you check in and return it after you've checked out. Understandable I guess, I was just caught unaware.

Confort

This was our third stay at The Tiffany. It is a lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean and very conveniently located close to the river. The hotel is in a lovely old building, which has been carefully renovated and updated. Staff are friendly and helpful. We hope to return again soon.

Nothing - it is a great hotel.

The facilities were great. The staff were fantastic and a shout out to lady who served breakfast early for us as we were on our way to run a half marathon. Lovely hotel
