Very nice building very nice set up however it was a bit crowded. I booked the wrong so my family and I could swim. The pool was packed like a can of sardines.
Pool close early too many people were in the pool when it was open so I didn’t go when we checked in. I want to give it some time for the crowd to die down when he died down the pool was closed and that’s the only reason I even booked the room so yeah.

Beautiful hotel and view
Refrigerator didn’t work. Coffee Pot didn’t work and going downstairs to get ice swimming. Pool was too full with little kids. And we couldn’t order any breakfast it would have be nice.

The location and just the overall look of the hotel.
The door to the bathroom would not close. I did let the front desk know but it did not get fixed while we were there. We did only stay one night and it was on a Sunday so we figured there was no one available to really fix that issue.

They were gracious enough to upgrade me to a river view balcony suite in their connected sister property, Caption when I arrived after sending them a message I'd be late (1130p) and they didn't have a room for me at Centric. I was given access to amenities at both properties.
Everyone I dealt with at both properties was friendly and helpful.
The location was great, but there appears to be a building being constructed between the hotel and the river, which might block the view.
My "free" breakfast (included in my package) changed to a $10 credit.
Parking was valet only. It's a bit steep at $33.00 per night. They were friendly and efficient.
Some minor housekeeping issues in my bathroom, which I conveyed to the desk at check out.

The property was clean and beautiful however there was an issue with a few of the staff members
Well the one guy that tried to check me in didn’t seem to know what he was doing he kept asking the guy next to him what to do and swiped my card one time too many and my bank locked me out my card because I guess they believe it was fraud my account is in a negative and it’s not resolved and the staff member was rude about the situation he claimed to be the Manager when asked for a manager over him he says he was the top manger nobody was over him. So I called my bank still waiting for his situation to be resolved so I will be calling corporate

Daarnaast bleek bij de check out, dat er drank en maaltijden op ons kamernummer waren geboekt, die wij niet hadden genuttigd. Pas na uitvoerige discussie konden deze zaken worden rechtgetrokken. Een en ander leidt ertoe, dat we dit hotel niet aanbevelen, ondanks de fantastische ligging.

Het hotel is perfect gelegen op slechts 2 blokken van levendige Beale Street en vlot te bereiken met de auto.
Valet parking werkt perfect en auto is binnen de 5 minuten terug beschikbaar 24/7.
Het hotel beschikt ook over een groot zwembad.
Enige minpuntje dat ik kan vernoemen is dat tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten, housekeeping een keertje om 17u30 nog steeds niet geweest was.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the young men in bakery have us recommendation for dinner at BB King, it was delicious. We were able to walk to different museums.
The lobby was so comfy, we sat there and read one evening. The fitness room had a variety of machines and weights. The hotel was very modern and loved the motion lights under the bed.
Bathroom garage had feminine products from previous guest.

I reserved a room with a King bed, they did not have one available. They told me since I booked through you Booking and not directly with them, they didn’t have to honor the request and they had sold all their rooms with King beds. I had to settle for a lesser room, two beds, and not as nice as usual and they didn’t care at all.

Had breakfast included with our booking , took so long to get it ( even though the restaurant was empty) on first morning didn’t bother in the second , then found at check out that it had been charged for when should of been included , had to go to bar in hotel next door to get evening drinks food !

Fix the toilet paper holders and ditch the motion activated lights under the bed. A guest laundry would be nice as well

The cleanliness of the facility also you can only access the elevator by room key card and I like that extra security of that. it’s very quiet during the day and especially at night.The amenities are up-to-date and very lavish and the food on the property is good and there’s a parking garage across the street with 24 hours Security that I like.

If you’d like to enjoy yourself after coming back to the property, it’s like a Catholic dormatory. You are locked out of the roof top, any area by the pool and you are basically stuck inside. It’s ridiculous. I will never return. No bars open, nothing. It’s an old people home. You’re not allowed to enjoy yourself unless it’s in your room. I’ve NEVER experienced this anywhere. It’s terrible. Don’t come here if you want to relax

The location was excellent. We were easily able to walk to Beale street, the Peabody, Civil Rights museum, restaurants & coffee shops. I would highly recommend based on the location.
The main objection was that the bathroom arrangement lacked privacy. The room was also a bit small but not uncomfortably so.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Beale St. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a great view of the MS River. The ice machine has a water dispenser on it which we found very useful so we didn’t have to purchase bottled water. They also provide cotton rounds in addition to shampoo, conditioner, etc. I thought that was very handy.
Parking was kind of confusing. The hotel has valet on the backside and there is a parking garage across the road from the hotel. We didn’t use valet since we were only there for the night. Parking across the road was cheaper as long as you don’t plan to take your car out.

The location was great and the property was clean. Room was amazing and view was superb.
The ladies at the front desk are rude and not friendly at all. They should hire proper staff to keep up the repute of Hyatt. Though the gentleman at the service desk during night hours was really helpful.

I paid for the breakfast package. The hotel does not have breakfast on-site. You have to walk next door to the Hyatt caption. You have to use a QR code to scan the menu. However, when I typed in my room number & other info; my reservation could not be found. I was told if I wanted breakfast I’d have to pay out of pocket. I was not able to eat breakfast for 2 days. There was a nice gentle who paid for my breakfast. I do mot suggest offering the breakfast package. It’s a total waste of money seeing that you’re not able to use the package.
Please find a better way for the breakfast package.
