Almost everything. I'm satisfied by my experience. The staff were kind.
Breakfast could have been improved. Meaning the breakfast timings were from 8-10, but my office itself was from 8am. I liked the fact that the manager over there considered my request and made arrangement for me for a day. That was a good temporary solution, but could be improved yeah.
The laundry and other expenses should have been added into the final invoice.

everything. Confirmed the reservation & then asked us to wait. for one hour. plus the receptionist was very rude.

Fab-express colaba grand is a very clean and economical place, and is very well located with tons of food joints around. The staff is very considerate and well spoken. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good.
The facility behaviour is pathetic. They didnt anywhere mention about food bill to be paid either cash or phonepe. The female disnt take the lunch order properly and missed items and later she didn't care that we were resting, all she kept asking for money either cash or phonepe. The facility gave us food but they didn't give us proper cutlery. The bowl for sambar was missing . The rooms were full of mosquitoes. The bathroom door mat was full of dust.
