The apartment is extremely good value for money and has everything you need for a short stay (If you are looking for a place where you can have the air con blasting the whole time, this place is not for you as, understandably, due to the low cost of the apartment, it is requested that the air con is restricted,). The location is perfect for visiting the famous sites around Palenque and for the tourist restaurants in La Cañada area. The apartment is secure. Communication was good , so was the WiFi

Due to the apartment being directly under the roof it is incredibly hot

The apartment is located close by the bus station and in a safe neighbourhood. The next big supermarket is a five minute footwalk away. The bedroom has aircon which was very needed (humid and hot weather in Palenque). The hosts are very friendly and fixed the not working shower immediately!

The kitchen is not airconditioned which made it almost impossible for us to use.

I really liked my stay. The apartment at the first floor had separate entrance, it was very clean, and it was easy to communicate with the host Paulina via Whatsapp. The kitchen had everything that I needed, including free coffee and a coffeemaker. The air conditioner worked very well (important in Palenque in March!) The bedroom is the inner room, the planning of the flat is peculiar and nice. It is located in 7-8 minutes of walking from the ADO bus station, and it is easy to travel to all touristic destinations from the apartment, and also to the downtown. The huge Chedraui supermarket is also nearby. Paulina allowed me to store the luggage after checkout.

It was not very clear how to get water hot in the shower (had to wait a while for a boiler to start working, I guess), but it was not a problem in the end.

good located, nit far away from the ado. small but functional kitchen and after a lot of hostels the most comfortable bed we had the last time.

Spacious apartment, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen even with microwave, coffee and tea, aircon worked well, wifi too, hot water with not very strong current. 15 min with car to the ruins. Parking possible on the street. Abarrotes across the street. Simply perfect, everything you need (except hairdryer) is here. Host response immediately. I can only recommend!
