Dusche sehr niedrig und schlechte Beleuchtung

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Haus ist einmalig und die Lage perfekt um das Fischerviertel und das Zentrum zu besichtigen. Das Bett war super und das Frühstück war ausgiebig.

Man sollte wissen, das man beim Duschen nicht immer stehen kann. Ist wohl nicht zu vermeiden und macht es deshalb wieder charmant....

Location is very good, with all facilities within walking distance. Substantial breakfast included which, on the face if it, appears to be a continental breakfast however the staff member then asked if we wanted eggs and bacon. Staff were very helpful and obliging. We were promptly provided with a kettle and tea upon request as none are provided in the rooms. As expected in this ‘crooked hotel’, the room was on a bit of a slant but this was not an issue and added to the quirkiness of the experience.

We were on the first floor, with a corner room. There were street lights outside the room and passing traffic late into the night. More substantial curtains would be better to block out the lights from the street as the current ones were not effective. It was necessary to close the windows to keep out the noise but this resulted in the room becoming stuffy. Also, the lights in the room, and especially the bathroom, were not very bright.

Aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Liebevoll eingerichtet und urgemüdlich. Liebevolles Personal und leckeres Frühstück! Die Lage ist perfekt und ein Parkhaus ums Eck. Wir kommen wieder.

Excellent location excellent property

Everyone was so serviceminded and we felt so welcome. The breakfast was amazing! I Will highly recommend this charming hotel to everyone. Ulm is defiantly a city to visit.

We enjoyed our stay a lot ! People were so friendly and polite ☀️this is not just a hotel . This is part of history. It was very special outside and inside . We will be back , Thanks for everything

I really enjoyed the warm feeling of the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional. They will cook for you upon request and the food is delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom design were also really nice.

Although my stay here was wonderful, I would rather stay in a room facing the creek as it can be a little noisy at times in a room facing the main road.

Everything was excellent! The hotel has historic charm, a wonderful location, and ausgezeichnete services.

Great location. Interesting hotel with great customer service. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. Nice breakfast. Old Ulm is a beautiful little town and we wished we have stayed longer. Forget Fussen, Ulm is ten times better. :-)

The hotel is GREAT, no complaints. Most restaurants, however, have terrible customer service. We got to town around 8pm, and we were told by the hotel frin desk to go to a certain restaurant. He had called and was told we could go. Unfortunately, when we got there (5 minute-walk), the place was packed but we were told they weren't serving food anymore. The hotel had called 5 minutes prior, but they didn't care. Limited English in most places you go here. We ended up going to 4 restaurants, before we could find a place to eat. No one greets you, no one asks you if you want a table. You just walk in and wonder around asking for help until someone acknowledges you. We were lucky to find a restaurant with a waitress that went above and beyond and even translated the menu for us. Unheard of in Germany. And the food was unbelievably good. We tipped her EU$20 on a EU$60 meal just because she treated us with kindness and respect. We were basically ignored at every restaurant we walked into. Americans tend to expect great service when eating out... Lower your expectations in Germany, by a lot.

The shower was an afterthought. My wife advised me that I would find it difficult to use since I am over six foot
