The location was good and the site was well maintained

Absolutely nothing

Good value for money, just what we needed for a busy weekend away. Ok size for 3 adults and 3 children. Caravan was clean which is the main thing. Good walking distance to the beach, arcades and takeaways. We went to Woody's bar for food, which was really nice and had children's entertainment. We walked to fantasy island along the beach front and also caught a bus from straight outside the caravan site into skegness.

The boiler took awhile to figure out to get hot water etc. Didn't like the fact there wasn't a mat outside of the shower or wasn't aware there wouldn't be so we could of brought one along. We was only provided with two Mugs, so be aware to bring your own as there wasn't enough for us all. Pack cleaning products if you like to clean the table after eating etc.

There was alot of ants around the sink and cooker area

Check in was a doddle. The location isn’t too bad at all depending on your pace it’s upto a 30 min walk into fantasy island. Woodys bar is slightly pricey but food was very good… besides the on site play area it isn’t really child friendly.

The caravan itself wasn’t very clean.. the previous guests welcome pack was still there, although the table was set aesthetically the crockery had grease and food stuck to it so before eating I had to wash every item of crockery/utensils.

I like everything other then the ants
