Beautiful home Would definately recommend and stay again

Excellent house, nice upgrades, and great host.

The place was very clean. Host was superb and made the check in process very easy. We had 10 guys in the house. It was a little tight on the sleeping arrangements, but overall a great time.

Beautiful house lots of space nice neighbors and neighborhood.definitely a 5 star rating. This is one of those place u just gotta walk in and experience it

Achieved exactly what we wanted to by providing us with a comfortable place for our Christmas gathering. Henry did a great job by providing a tree for our get together and responded quickly to our dryer problem.

House was perfect for 6 guys going to the steelers game. Walk was about 20 minutes to stadium. House was very clean, with the amenities you would need for the whole stay. Only downside were the bunkbeds, everytime someone moved they made noise that the whole house could hear. The master bedroom was amazing. Great stay.

The house was nice, beds were comfortable. The street we stayed on seemed a little run down but home was very nice.

All in all a good experience Needs a keurig coffe maker and coffee left there to make in the morning

DO NOT STAY HERE- When we first entered the house checking in was easy. As we continued our stay we started to notice random things that were left unclean such as the knives in the kitchen having rust/food spots left on them; the pots and pans having dirt and food left on them as well, while also being rusty and extremely old. As we continued to venture around we went to the upstairs bathroom where there was toothpaste stains on the mirror. I walked around the house for about an hour barefoot and my feet turned black! When I contacted the property manager, Henry Wang, to inform him of these problems he was very rude and started blaming us for the problems instead of taking ownership. He kept saying that he was a premier host and that he never gets complaints so we just had to be lying. We were not lying. He was gaslighting us trying to force us to leave rather then addressing the problem. We would have left but he only gave us an hour to leave which was not nearly enough time to call VrBO and speak to a representative (who was not helpful at all in a situation like this.) and gather our stuff and find a new place to stay. There was no guarantee that we would have found something that last minute for 8 girls to stay in. When he asked us to leave he said “either stay with no more complaints or leave”. That is no way to talk to a customer. The host honestly ruined our trip. He added a cloud of frustration. He spoke with much hostility, lack of empathy and no willingness to change. He claimed that he talked to his cleaning people and they said they checked off everything on his extensive cleaning list. But, honestly, if that’s the standards he holds them to you’re better off booking a hotel or a completely different listing. The house was beautiful yes, but was not worth being treated and talk to the way we were. I reached out to him hoping to come to some sort of solution or compromise but he did not allow that. So here I am writing this bad review because he refused to act like a human being with decency and empathy. The host added hostility to our trip and took away from our experience. Causing us stress and discomfort. I would not recommend staying with him or VrBO, unless you’re okay with being treated with disrespect.

Had a nice stay! Power was out on top 2 floors but after a call to the owners was fixed very quickly. Plenty of space for a family Of 4 to spread out for a wedding weekend.

Really can't say enough about this place. Selected it specifically for the tub in the master bath. Oversized, even someone over 6' tall can fully submerge and recover after a long day of training. The bed in the master suite envelopes you. Get ready for a great night of rest! The kitchen provides all the amenities one may need. Henry was considerate enough to check in every day to ensure I had everything I needed. The house is located close enough to anywhere, everywhere. The neighborhood is safe. The showers are great: hot, hot water and ample pressure. Definitely look forward to staying here again.
