At the image of the city I guess... a bit tired. Could use a little refurbishment.
Carpet is tired, and one’s head at 80 cm from the toilet sit…

The room was comfortable and the decor modern. The breakfast was excellent and the lady on duty (Wednesday) was very attentive and helpful and had a very kind nature.
The attention to detail regarding the cleaning could be just a little better.

Very large warm room with very comfy twin beds. Good parking facility. Friendly staff with a lovely bar and a great breakfast.

Friendly and welcoming from the very first. The staff here are unbeatable - I wish I could rate them 11! This is not a gimmicky, plastic, modern, luxury hotel - if you want that, go somewhere else. But if you want comfort and personal service, good food and solid value, come here.
Some fresh fruit would be nice at breakfast.

Being tucked away in a motel room on the parking place without prior notice is not OK; this was not what we thought we had booked.
Bathroom has been renovated but still not in real good shape.
Bed was too narrow and too soft..
Value for money: we've had far better hotels for this price.

Room was so dirty , couldn’t take off my shoes as carpet was so dirty . Asked for the room I booked was only slightly better .

Didn't have electricity when we got there. Had to go to the office and have them turn it on. They insisted we pay them directly even though we pre-paid on Booking. We got double billed.
