We had a terrific time on our trip to Santa Rosa. The host was wonderful and helpful. Very quick to respond. The house was wonderful and we had a ton of fun in the pool and hot tub. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This as a wonderful house with a beautiful pool and hot tub area. The neighborhood is lovely with really friendly people. The house is super comfortable with lots of space to spread out. The great room area accommodates everyone in our group. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best little stay vacation we’ve had.

Spencer and Janet were great. Very responsive to my questions within the matter of minutes. The house is very homey and as described. We had a wonderful stay there. The trails behind their house was a huge plus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Spencer and Janet’s beautiful home in Santa Rosa. It was a great fit for us just after Christmas, with three generations, a total of six of us, including an eight-year-old. Safari West, with giraffes, wildebeests, rhinos, and exotic birds, was a 24 minute drive door-to-door. Our whole group loved our visit there. Although it rained while we were in Santa Rosa,, we still walked out the back gate of the lovely backyard area into large park with hiking trails. We also walked the neighborhood, enjoyed making meals in the kitchen, and gave great use to the baby grand piano, and a little less use to the pool table. We also watched a couple movies on their giant flatscreen tv. The house had a lot of space which we appreciated. The beds were very comfortable – – the upper part of the trundle bed is a little high off the ground, but worked fine. When I had a question about the heating, the hosts answered the phone immediately and were friendly and helpful. They were also welcoming ahead of time when I had questions and this increased our excitement about the trip. We highly recommend this lovely home.

Rarely do you find a place that is just as advertised- everything works, everything is where it is supposed to be! Wonderful EASY stay!

This property has lots of stairs. NO handrails. Stairs up to front door and several in backyard. Handrails, especially in the backyard are really needed; Even on one side.. HotTub did not get hot; only warm at best. Fan in main family room didn’t work. Both of these issues brought up with owner. While he was prompt, and nice, he was not able to instruct us how to fix these issues. Hot tub equipment is really old. We enjoyed the proximity to Annadel and Spring Lake.

Nice place as advertised. Convenient to the Dry Creek and Sonoma areas. Great value! Would stay again. Extremely quiet neighborhood which was certainly nice when having the windows open at night.
