Set in a quiet, farm location with a great view. The hut has been beautifully decorated and is very well detailed and designed. Great location for visiting lots of attractions such as the Sculpture Park and Nostell Priory.

We struggled with the lack of work surface or table to prepare breakfast etc. Not enough/any wifi so we had to run the TV off our phone hot spot.

It was a lovely location. Friendly people and lovely dogs :)

Nothing all was good

The bed is so comfortable, view was stunning, the lambing shed is lovely.

Had 2 dogs with us , just would have like a small Fence all the way around the hut, as was on edge with the dogs running over the owners front garden...apart from this the lambing shed is lovely.

Pretty much everything about our stay! The location, host and access to attractions were fantastic. Quiet and cosy with just the right amount of interaction. Great advice over the phone and in-person for pubs, attractions etc. . Outside area would be lovely to use in good weather. Scenery of the horses and access to footpaths were spot on.

Liaison with intermediary prior to arrival. Made a relaxing process very stressful. Facilities were great but maybe a simple idiots guide to the microwave oven for cooking common foods. Manual gave loads of options but may not be that useful if you don't have what they refer to in the manual. Underbed area was a bit dusty so had to clean the table prior to use but no real bother. (Used to camping so this was a treat) Car parking was a tad tight and may struggle if you have a large vehicle.

Sadly, my main criteria for booking was that it had parking, private bathroom and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi simply didn't work at all and the TV was also very hit and miss. The shower was not easy to get hot and stay hot and we couldn't open the bathroom window to allow steam to escape. The microwave was huge but there were no cooking bowls or utensils. Great for a short stay no doubt but a week was far too long.

More shelving and less cushions. Simply nowhere to put them all. The space behind the bed is dead space and the plug points behind the microwave are very difficult to access. I am sure if we were a bit younger and more adventurous and had only stayed for a few days, it would have been fine!

the location is ideal, on a farm lots of natural sounds and feelings

would have liked better prepared items from using the log burners and the outside seating area would benefit from a wind break possibly upgrade the shower unit
