The location was good, so that we could get very easily to the port.

The room as a whole, the matress on the bed, the cleanness, the view, the overall experience.

Big room

Forfeited 3rd night of stay to escape to a 'decent' seafront hotel at a similar rate. 1st night neighbouring Hotel Amsterdam was very loud and late (police visited next morning). 2nd night Akman residents male/female had extremely loud arguments at 4am, 5am and 6am without staff intervening. Room was very big but only one light bulb (depressing at night time). Room door could be locked from outside but not from inside when in room. Bed linen only supplied at request (I discovered after 1st night with only a mattress cover). WiFi in lobby area only (booking did say public areas so I can't complain). Breakfast was minimal and provided on a plate at a late start of 9am. Pool was half full. Moving hotel was the best thing I ever did. I am now on my 7th hotel (excl Akman) on this trip and have no complaints about any of the others.

Lighting in the Room: Single bulb for the whole room, needs more light. Curtains: The room I stayed in needs darker curtains.

Fantastic location, only a minutes walk to the beach & amazing restaurants. The staff go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. A big thank you to Mustafa & Ebru for making my stay amazing There is a mummy cat & her 2 cheeky babies which are an absolute delight& made everyone smile - most importantly they are well fed & looked after :)

They have been kind in changing my initial booking adding an additional room on a short notice

The room were not clean, I was unable to close the door during the night: they fixed it the day after but with a patch. In the room there was a not working fridge which spilled water when I tried to move it in order to close the non functioning door during the night. The last morning I was there there was an earthquake and we run out of the building but no advice from the owner on how to behave. Also despite the situation since we were leaving early in the morning they did not provide us neither the breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and the room were not cleaned in between the two days: we have been told that we need to ask for cleaning.

I have never been in a hotel room that was as dirty and unkept as this one... The floors were not even swept from the previous guests, room and the hotel old and unkept (bathroom door had graffiti scratch on it, shower was disgusting!! Fridge was warm and rusty, room had very old and extremely dirty/dusty seating, baseboards were all falling apart, bed had springs poking thru!! Even the elevator is not at the same level as the rooms are ( it stops between floors and you have to either walk down or up the stairs to get to it) Architectural marvelous! I can deal with OLD but NOT to have it cleaned is NOT an excuse!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is not an ideal place for a family. Better to avoid this property. I will not recommend anyone to stay here

The room wasn't clean. The beds are horrible in spring. The lights are like red light area hotels. The bathroom is pathetic.

the super friendly staff, always ready to help us. excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants! a small bus that takes you to the beach for 0.5€.

this is an older hotel that is undergoing renovation. I must admit that you can see that they are entering its interior. At the time of our stay, they installed new air conditioners everywhere. I hope that in a few years it will get 4 stars. The staff was pleasant. The place is quieter and very close to the beach.

I would like to make a huge shoutout to Akman Hotel for their amazing hospitality & customer service. I have clumsily left my kid’s phone at the hotel and only realized it went missing 2 days after checkout and by the time I discovered the hotel is already 10 hours away from my current location then. The hotel then delivered it safely to me via sea freight and it reached me safe & sound in Istanbul. I was so happy and can't thank them enough for taking the trouble to arrange the delivery in a considerably fast manner.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location of hotel is great. the breakfast was limited, maybe because of Corona virus epidermis.

Location was good. Beach is just 2 mins walk. Staff was friendly

1. Breakfast very limited. 2. No toiletries except toilet paper but that's also very limited 3. No room service during our entire stay. No towels were changed. No cleaning was done. 4. Air conditioner was only one in a family room of 4 people. 5. Washrooms were so small according to the room and very limited toiletries 6. Didn't fit well with the value of money paid.
