La ubicación y lo cerca que está de Madrid.-
Estaba todo muy descuidado con desconchones, el servicio no tenía toallas para poner delante cuando te duchas. faltaban colgadores para las toallas. El desayuno estaba bien pero creo que faltaría poner unos huevos fritos para el desayunar. Cené una noche y la comida no estaba muy buena, no lo recomendaría, además la cerveza hay que servirla y no todos sabemos como hacerlo con el grifo.

Location was great! Only a couple of blocks away from the train and metro station, so you are well connected. It is also right besides a convenience store and a McDonalds. The room was nice and clean, and quite affordable.
The showers are kind of noisy, if someone would take a shower during the night you could hear it, though it wasn't loud enough to wake me up if I was already asleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also kind of slow.

The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and it had a good selection. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant linked to the hotel had excellent food and it was very good value for money.
The fact that the room was on the ground floor didn’t allowed us to open the curtains to look outside as it overlooked the street. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

missing toilet products and towels (1 little soap by day and no carpet for after shower)
a lot of sounds from other bedrooms
problem with the toilet (toilet always running and had to open to fix after every flush)

parking was easy and it was clean and comfy at a good price!
it was a little far from downtown and the airport but for the value, it was great!!

The breakfast was good
The smoke smell in the room, when they do the daily cleaning the dont refill soup and shampoo, I slept 4 nights in a room with a loudly sound in the AC, that didn’t let me rest, I request for the change and the girl forget it so I had to slept one more night in that room, then they change us to another one. They knew about that problem in that room and even do they were concerned they sold it. People at the breakfast is very kind and helpfully.

The Stuff was really friendly and professional...They have a good Breakfast and as a Hotelguest u can eat at the Hotelrestaurant for a better price...For me the Location was perfect to spend time with my loved One..The Highway is very close and to the Airport it isabout 40 Mins with the Taxi...
Telephon didnt worked..we were on the second Floor, the waterpressure of the Shower was weak and low...

It was near the area I needed to visit. McDonalds behind it was great because I had breakfast there instead.
Pictures on site weren't anything I saw at the actual hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Noisy air-conditioning. Breakfast was ok for the price.

Rooms have not refrigerator (the main shortcoming I see). House keeping is not sufficiently professional.
