Location very close to the bus terminal. Host is super accommodating and reliable. He let us check in early and even drove us to the airport as we needed to catch an early flight. The washing machine is a huge plus and you can let the clothes dry on the roof terrace.

Floor could be cleaned a bit better as our clothes would get quite dirty when they accidentally fell to the ground.

Location near the bus terminal is great for early / late buses, and not far from a teleférico station. Kitchen is good, beautiful terrace and great to have a washing machine on-site. Really nice to have drinking water for free in the house. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Oscar is a really lovely and helpful host.

During the day it can be quite noisy/fumes, but that’s just city life. When taking a shower the water goes everywhere.

It was the best guesthouse in which I've stayed in my 3-month trip across South America. Oscar, the host, was extremely helpful and caring. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me back there in the middle of the night. He gave me advices on what to do in marvelous La Paz. He welcomed me in person and left a handwritten small note in the bedroom. This kind of attention really made me feel at home, thank you again Oscar 🙏 The house is so beautiful, with a washing machine and free water. The terrace on the top of the house is wonderful, I practiced yoga there in the morning. And it is also VERY quiet which is a true luxury for La Paz. A small oasis of peace in this big city. Will definitely come back!

The only thing that could be improved was the mattress (in the top bedroom) which was a bit soft.

Cute house with a big living room and well-equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet given the central location. The host was super friendly and accommodating, brought us extra kitchen utensils when we needed them, and got us some souvenirs at the end of our stay!

It was quite cold in the house, but with the heater it was manageable. The dogs could get a bit too 'playful'. The booking is just for a bedroom - the living room and kitchen are shared - so that should be corrected in the listing description.

Oscar our host is one of the best I have met in my travels. He was polite, kind and very resourceful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible

Truly great service, the host picked me up from an very early flight and I was even able to check in super early. otherwise they help you around the city with tips. the house is 15 mins walking from Center, which I enjoyed because it was a quiet and save area. wifi is great and zoom- call sufficient (not given in every hotel). The house is clean and has a family style vibe.

in my room the mattress was very soft. with a short conversation, the host offered me to change my room so my German back gets some more firm ground to sleep on ;) apparently some people like it that way, but it’s not really my preference.

First of all, the hotel is just two blocks from the bus station. The location is very convenient. It is recommended for those who take the night bus and catch the bus. The host speaks English well and communicates very nice.He will introduce you to any questions if you may have. I took the night bus that day and booked here. I arrived very early. Although I couldn't check in, I could store my luggage. The lovely host arranged my room on the third floor with a very good view. I was very touched. The whole hotel is better than the photos, and it is very cheap. There is also the best hoster in La Paz. I recommend it!

Location is very good being close to the bus terminal and a short walk to a busier part of the city. Room was great value for money as clean and with good WiFi, the best part was for the sure the host Oscar, who was incredibly helpful with the questions I had and even gifted me a souvenir at the end!

The room is basic, but that's more than ok for this price. The bathroom is outside of the room, and does not have a curtain or something, so the whole floor gets wet every time you take a shower.

Really friendly owner, easy to contact through WhatsApp for any questions or information. We had a comfortable, spacious room with private bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen are big and clean. Location is very close to the bus terminal.

The location of the house is great and near the bus station. It is quite but also close to everything you need. Oscar was very helpful and he can speak good English. There is a nice rooftop with a good view. I would recommend it to friends coming in la paz and want to have a better and more comfortable experience than a hostel.

Everything really, from the very beginning Oscar was extremely attendant. The photos do not do the justice as the house is more beautiful and cleaner than the photos. There wasn’t any problem with the hot water, at night there were extra blankets in case of cold nights in La Paz. But more importantly Oscar was always there to help me if I needed anything. He helped me with the exchange of currency, with recommendations about the food, and even guided me around the city. It is really a bargain at these prices.

This place is a perfect place to get a good rest. We stayed here after spending a week in the centrum of la Paz, and climbing the Huayna potosi. Perfect to recover with a kitchen, nice sunny roof terrace, and a bath. Oscar is a great host

The house very clean and has a perfect location only 2 blocks away from the bus terminal. The highway is also accessible in a few minutes from here. Our host was very kind and even offered a ride to the airport after midnight. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place.

Oscar was very kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. He also speaks very good English! There is plenty of hot and drinking water and kitchen facilities were available too. The view of La Paz from the top was amazing!

You’re renting a room in the house, not the whole place unless you book all the rooms. The host Oscar is very nice and accommodating, eager to be of help. It is cold at night, a heater is available for a small fee. Lots of heavy blankets if you want to go that way instead. Place is a block and a half up from the bus terminal, bit of a stroll to the tourist areas, all downhill. A teleferico station is nearby. Hot shower. Couple dogs, always very excited to see you. Good value for money

Incredible value & a great option if you're looking for a little more personal space. You get an entire two-story home to yourself with a terrace on the roof. Large kitchen with basic amenities. Oscar is a fantastic host to deal with, very responsive to requests and happy to provide help with anything you need for your stay. He provided us with some extra cooking utensils & drove us to the far bus station when we left. Location is about as close as you can get to the central La Paz bus station. I'd highly recommend.
