This is a nice property with a good location close to Garden City. We enjoyed the space and everyone could have their own room and the kids stayed all together in the room above the detached garage. The hot tub was a big hit. There is no beach here though and it is marsh all the way to the water. The view is nice though.

Loved the house. Loved having the lake so close. From the photos I thought there was sand and beach area in the back yard but turns out its marshland. We had an amazing trip.

Great property
Our extended family met here for the holidays and had a great time. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised, we particularly enjoyed the hot tub. 10/10 would recommend, and stay there again.

Bear lake
This place was beautiful. The beach area needs some work. Couldn't really take the little ones down there.
I think the only other thing is the utensils were cheap and kept breaking.

Perfect for large group
This was a beautiful and clean location. It fit our large family group so nicely and all were comfortable. The view is just gorgeous and it was so nice to be close to everything. As this was our first time at Bear Lake, we didn't realize that a lot of the shore so marshy. A specific reason we wanted lakefront was to make it easier for our 2 family members with disabilities to enjoy water time with us. But that just appears that's how much of bear lake is. We figured it out, had a great stay, and wouldn't hesitate recommending this location.

Beautiful lake view!
Lovely home with beautiful view of Bear Lake.
The large deck and hot tub are great. We were disappointed with the lack of lake access and outdoor play area. Directly off of the deck was marshy and muddy. A longer boardwalk would be very helpful.
The house was was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was fabulous framed by the enormous wall of windows. It would be nice if they had blinds because the morning. sun floods the room with light making it impossible to sleep. One more suggestion would be to upgrade and add.to the kitchen equipment , like a hand mixer and bread knife and some staples like cooking oil.
