The difference between the days inn and the ramada is like night and day. I would never even if someone paid me stay one more night at the thieving days inn it seems that everyone i went to tried to steal my cash deposit and in the lehi location the cops helped them steal the money even though we told them what happened. The ramada is 1000% better than day's inn

Late at night, last minute hotel before our flight. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. Everything was clean and neat, and for the $70 it was way more than I expected.

Able to get an extra blanket and friendliness of staff

No delivery of hot breakfast both mornings, TV never worked in spite of several attempts at fixing it

We arrived at 2AM as we said we would. We were a party of 3 and I had reserved one room with 2 queen beds. After we paid for the room she gave us a room with only a king bed which was "all they had". I asked that she keep the room ready for us as we look for a hotel for our 3rd member. When we returned an hour later she had "Returned the room to the system" and could no longer give us the room. We were left unable to occupy the room we paid for.

The person behind the desk did not have the power to correct her own mistake blocking us from using the room that was available and paid for.

The front office staff was friend was friendly.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures, and was small, dirty and unkempt. The housing on the ac was broken as well as the blinds and we were warned about the homeless population looming on the property and to not let them in. We stayed about 20 minutes and then told the front desk we were not able to stay and needed a refund due to the conditions, which were told we would get but were charged anyways. Do not stay here. We went to the Fairfield across the street and it was MUCH nicer for only a few dollars more.

I liked the location, the Ruby River restaurant was attached to the hotel and that was nice.

I didn't like the fact our price was supposed to be 180.90, and we got charged 272.80, then 156.00 then 299.00, and 180.90 and when we talked to them, they didn't seem to know what to do about it. I didn't like the fact the shower and sinks were clogged and the shower leaked into the hallway in the room. I didn't like that breakfast was supposed to be included, and Friday morning they ran out of food and didn't bring anymore out even tho it was supposed to be served til 9:30am, and they stopped before 9 am, and Saturday morning they didn't serve breakfast at all.

The swimming pool was great.

The breakfast was overly crowded and the food was very ordinary.
