Location was perfect and safe and near most amenities
The lock for the house wasn't working. We never locked our house for the three days we were there. Thank God the environment was a safe one

Very good location and easy entry. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I like the GHD appliances available.
The apartment was very hot, even without heating. Not much that could be done about that, other than open windows as the heating wasn’t on. One set of pillows were a bit lumpy on the double bed. The yellow sofas in the lounge need replaced, they sink right down and back when you sit on them, which makes them uncomfortable. Also, there aren’t enough to throw cushions to support your back on the sofa, particularly with the issues on the yellow sofas. Shower in the kids bedroom was broken so needed to be hand held to take a shower.

Parking was easy using RingGo in the car park. Access to keys was easy with the secure key box.
Accomodation was spacious with both bedrooms being en suite.
Linen, towels, coffee sachets etc, washing machine and dishwashers tabs were all provided which was great.
Loaction was excellent with even West Sands within walking distance.
Very little not to like. Maybe a radio in the kitchen area would be a nice addition.

location excellent ,St Andrews is quaint but truly expensive, so in truth not a location for families unless they have considerable resources , best to enjoy the great beach with packed lunch and avoid the high costs of the Town

lovely place to stay close to all St Andrews attractions and the University if you are a visiting parent / family. Comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you would need and a living room in the top floor with a balcony, a bonus when the sun is out! we loved it!

The property is in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere!! Very comfortable furnishings and provides everything necessary for a short stay. I highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect: easy to park and right next to the town centre. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big living room to relax in on the second floor. Everything feels new and clean, and the soap from the local soap company was an added little bonus!
If I had to think of something I would say the outside windows could do with being cleaned more often. Other than that I can't think of anything that could be done - we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Hot water ran out for no apparent reason but chap was round in 5 minutes to sort it
