Not much i liked the only thing is that is that it was cheap

The staff were disrespectful. There were cockroaches everywhere and it seems the staff were thiefs as well. They damaged my clothes during laundry and manager had the audacity to demand i pay for it when they totally damaged my clothes. I can actually rate this place as the worst i ever stayed in.

The hotel was fairly clean. Good size hotel room. The kitchen staff tried their extreme best to prepare the food which I preferred.

The receptionist who welcomed me could only speak local language and not English. Though the kitchen staff tried their extreme best to prepare the food I preferred, I still experienced nausea after eating the food . I felt okay after they cooked the food which I bought. The hotel is very far from the international airport

I liked the hotel because it is safe, the price is affordable and the room is very spacious and clean. The whole management team is very helpful and polite. The general manager is always accessible and easy to talk too. Bank, super market and taxi are found in close proximity. Thanks! Bekele

The location is a little bit far from the center (considering Meskel square as a center) but there is always a public transportation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Any problems are immediately resolved. Manager welcomes his guests and cares about them a lot. Excellent service. Wi-fi is good. Comfortable rooms. I would definitely come again.

The taste of the food could be a little better. The second day, they forgot to clean the room, but this was immediately solved after a call.

The hotel manager was very responsive, approachable, and he personally attended to every aspect of my stay to ensure that I was comfortable. He is knowledgeable about services outside of the hotel that guests might need. For example, he got me a reliable and trustworthy cab driver and he recommended where I could get Covid test. The stuff were kind and helpful. I felt Bruhway hotel was home far away from home in the two weeks of my stay.

For the price I paid, I can’t complain much. I only suggest that the property provide gym facility in the building since it is difficult to walk outside as the streets do not have sidewalks due to ongoing constructions.
