The house was clean and pretty well stocked with the essentials. The backyard was nice for us and our dogs. Parking was very nice since we were pulling a cargo trailer.

Our stay was pleasant enough, but the house could have been more comfortable. The main bedroom with the king-sized bed has no air conditioning, so one has to sleep with the door open with a fan blowing air in from the dining area. The dining chairs are not comfortable for sitting for more than a quick meal. Finally, the picture window, where guests look out from the couch in the main room appeared to not have been washed for some time. We did appreciate being able to check in early, and the back yard was a great place for breakfast, before the days heated up. Tons of shady fruit trees!

We are a retired couple traveling with our two Boston Terriers. This home was perfect for us, and could definitely accommodate more people comfortably. The dogs loved the fenced back yard with room to roam. The home offers nice spaces to hang out both inside and out. We spent most of our time on the outside couches with the fire element. The kitchen is well stocked and knives were actually very sharp. Micah is a great host, with excellent and timely communication. Property is in a great location, it is an easy walk to the main street and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Good location / comfortable home
We stayed in Kanab as a homebase for exploring the area surrounding. This home was very comfortable and fully stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. It was very windy for a couple of our days so we did spend more time than we normally would inside, and we really enjoyed this house. It felt like home! The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a good location. Our dog also really enjoyed the big fully fenced backyard! We hope to return in the fall! Thank u!

Enjoyed the stay at Milo’s Ranch House. Great location if you’re visiting the nearby parks in Southern Utah. I would reserve again next time I visit the area.

Cute Home & Pet Friendly
We had a great time at Milo's! All the rooms were clean and had TV's for all the kids to enjoy netflix or play their Xbox. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook something up, and there's a washer & dryer if you should need it. The yard is large enough for the kids to run around and for your pets to enjoy their stay. Their outdoor bathtub is super cute and enjoying. My family had an amazing time at Zion and Grand Canyon! Thank you for everything!

Great house and perfect location in Kanab
We met some family for an extended visit in Kanab - we go there at least twice a year. This is our new favorite house for a few reasons - 1) great layout with bedrooms on either end 2) comfortable shared space and kitchen 3) amazing backyard perfect for hanging out with our pups and 4) easy access to town and outdoor activities. It had almost everything we needed in the kitchen and Micah was quick to respond when we needed anything else. The beds were comfortable and the decor was fun. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, cozy home
Milo’s Ranch was so wonderfully comfortable and relaxing for a long weekend. Perfectly located for visits to the national and state parks and endless hiking. Fully stocked kitchen made it super easy to cook and the grocery down in just down the street. Grill, firepit, soaking tub and games in backyard were a real treat. Perfect place for families and dog friendly! We’ll be back.

Perfect stay in Kanab!
We had an amazing time on our trip. Staying in Kanab was the perfect location to get to Zion, Bryce, and Horseshoe Bend. We loved the small town vibe and it was a lot less touristy than other places. Good restaurant options as well.
The house was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities we could ask for. The decor is also really well done and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every detail.
We had a little issue with one of the bathroom doors locking us out and the property managers responded immediately and came over right away to help. They we’re so kind and helpful.
Definitely recommend staying at Milo’s Ranch for a wonderful getaway to Southern Utah!

Great location in a cute town
Kanab is a perfect spot to stay when visiting all the parks in the area. The house was very clean and well appointed, it held our family of 4 easily and could have accommodated more. Kacie provided great recommendations for local restaurants & off the beaten path activities to fill the time between our big days at Zion & Bryce. The kids got a kick out of the outdoor tub, even in the cooler night temps.

Best stay in Kanab!
The house was perfect. It was clean, well-decorated and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay here and so did our dogs. Luckily the weather was nice, they enjoyed the yard most of the day. The location allowed us to go to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. We also got to visit the Moqui caverns for a quick hike with the pups-- it's a perfect short hike to bring the entire family just a little steep. I would highly recommend Milo's ranch :)

Gateway to Zion
A pretty easy trek up from the Phoenix area. Great access to several Utah attractions. There are several good restaurants in Kanab as well. Check out Big Al's Burgers for a guilty treat of awesome burgers and ice cream. The property was great for us and our three children. Would definitely stay again!
