It was very challenging for me to submit my rating for this home. The home is spacious and accommodated everyone for Thanksgiving. However, we contacted the management company on the first night because the main and bottom level of the home did not have heat. The management company never contacted me back during my entire stay or provided a solution to accommodate my family. This was very disappointing, and something should be done about it. If you plan to rent this townhome there are a couple of items you should bring with you like trash bags, toilet paper, napkins, and hand soap. The previous comments regarding utensils are spot on, and you may need to purchase plastic utensils before arriving if you have more than 6 people.

The space in the house was great and accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids. The house needs painted, all bathrooms need updated, and new kitchen utensils and pots and pans needed!

This house suited the needs of all who vacationed here. It was clean, well furnished and extremely comfortable. With a good mix of asults, teens & pre-teens everyone had room to stretch and room to sit and enjoy meals together. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location on Sunset Island right on the canal, but could use some new cookware. Microwave over the stove was not working. They had a stand alone on the counter, but still had no range for the stove. Otherwise, clean, well kept, and the bedding arrangements worked well for a large family and.

Great block! My grandkids were able to feed the ducks every day outside our front door. Third floor bedroom needs a dresser . Need to replace the vacuum cleaner no good. The kitchen needs a teapot! Overall a well kept home . I would rent it again !

House has a ton of potential but needs some TLC. Living Areas: Two large living areas each with their own large TV's. Living room couches were dated and had some rips. Balcony off living room had run down furniture. Adirondack chair needs to be cleaned as is small table. Carpets were 'sandy' throughout. Vacuum didn't work and I don't think the cleaning crew vacuumed or cleaned thoroughly. House was not that clean upon arrival. Bathrooms were missing drain stops throughout. Kitchen: Keurig worked great as did the refrigerator. Ice maker made ice but didn't dispense ice cubes. Seating was plentiful. Refrigerator/Stove hadn't been cleaned on the outside. Didn't cook much. Pots and Pans were very worn out. Silverware was thrown in kitchen drawers arbitrarily. Bedrooms: Bunk bed was broken. Top Level Bedroom had only a tiny nightstand with drawer space. Bad odor coming from the Master Bathroom on the 2nd floor.

This unit needs a major renovation! New dishes & pots. Utensils & repair bunk room. New couch, it has stains! Shower curtains were dirty!!!! That is an easy fix, which tells me the owners are NOT taking care of the basics

Sunset Island is wonderful. So clean and the staff all so kind. Our house was so clean and so much space for our 2 families with teens. Everyone had a great time!

Great community & location away from big crowds but close enough to everything. The townhouse we stayed at needed to be cleaned better. Stains on the quilts and the one in my sons room was stuffed in the closet not folded. TV’s didn’t work, good thing we had our fire stick we were able to watch the big tv I. The living room it was the only one that worked. The master suite bathroom the light by the toilet didn’t work so you could close the door for privacy. Over all the staff was amazing at the front gate, pool area and bar. We had a good stay and would come again but would take the time to talk to the office which we didn’t have time to do this time around. Thank you

This house was wonderful. The canal outside was refreshing. The area made for great morning walks. There were plenty of beds for everyone. Fortunately, you could park across the street to get to the beach. It really was a wonderful experience.

Property was okay. The carpet needs to be replaced as it was worn from wear and tear. The place was also not as clean as it should be. Debris and dirt on the floor. In the bedroom upstairs there wasn’t a dresser. The furniture is dated.

Overall the house itself was very spacious & accommodated our family well. While you could tell it was not family owned the space was clean and adequate. Because of COVID we tried reaching out several times to ask about the pool situation. We never got a response and only found out about the pool procedures the day we checked in. We were told you have to make reservations using the website. After that did not work we called the clubhouse only to find out they were booked for the week & people were calling ahead of their vacations to reserve spots. We were very disappointed especially for our kiddos who were looking forward to some pool time. Overall the community is really quaint, the little bay beaches were nice to have with little ones. And the sunsets are amazing. The walking path around the community is great for those that love to get a little outside exercise. And the splashpad was a huge hit for our whole familiy.

This was our second year in a row at 3CSME with our family and some of our best friends` families. This has become an annual trip for us and will continue to be year after year as our kids (and us) love it! The countdown is already on for our trip next year!! This rental helps to differentiate itself with a full bathroom downstairs which has proved very advantageous with so many kids and adults to get ready after a day at the beach & pool. We also love the 3rd bed in the `bunk bed room`, excellent spot for the kids. The living room and kitchen area is incredibly spacious and with two TV`s allows the kids and parents to satisfy viewing needs! We are even planning a few weekends over the Fall and Winter which everyone excited for this year. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our families goes to Ocean City, Maryland every year for a family vacation but this year was by far the best rental we've ever had. The location is amazing with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and pool. The home is just like it is pictured. Its such a peaceful development and great for kids. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable, and they had lots of drawer and closet space. The bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen was immaculate and fully stocked with dishes, pots, glasses etc. We highly recommend this home for a family getaway!

We’ve been vacationing to Ocean City, MD for many years but this is the first time we’ve stayed in Sunset Island. The house was the perfect escape for our family with plenty of rooms to accommodate. Our kids enjoyed the private beach along with the option of an indoor and outdoor pool. Access to the gym was a nice touch for the adults. I’m convinced dinner on the beach at Sunset Grill provides the best views in the town. This particular rental overlooks the canal which was very enjoyable in the mornings while drinking coffee. The location is a bonus with easy access to the boardwalk, Secrets etc. We have already booked our reservation for next year!

This town home is clean, beautiful, spacious and an excellent location to everything. You really feel like you're at home. Everything you need is in walking distance, but the gated community is away from the crowds and the noise. Super close to all the major bars and venues, you're also a few feet away from a private pool and beach! The bedrooms are spacious with a spacious balcony on the top floor. I would not want to stay anywhere else!

This townhouse was the perfect rental for our vacation. There were 5 bedrooms that more than accommodated our group. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and furniture for our belongings. The house was very clean and the main living areas were well furnished. This is such a great community in Ocean City, you feel like you are at a resort. The pool area is very nice with drink and food service, adjacent to a private beach on the Bayside. The onsite restaurant is great and has beautiful sunset views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends.

Great house, spacious, clean, accessible and convenient to everything in ocean city. Even though you are right in the prime area for many attractions, once in the community you feel like you are in a peaceful enclave. House is very clean, great appliances, comfortable furniture.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful townhouse and everyone in the house had an amazing time! I have young kids (3 and 4), my sister, her husband and daughter (4) and my parents all stayed here and the layout of the house was perfect for us. When we arrived, the place was spotless and the management ensured that everything was ready for our arrival. There are a ton of TVs at this place and the WiFi is strong enough for us to stream on all of our devices (I was worried about this because the kids are constantly on Youtube Kids). It was nice because we had a bedroom for each of the kids and still had plenty of room to spread out. The location is nice because it is close to the pool/beach area and you can walk to a lot of great restaurants right outside the security gate. The kids liked being right on the water because there are frogs, beavers, fish, crabs and other wildlife located right outside the door. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends/family and we plan on booking this same place again sometime this summer.

The description of our townhome was dead on! It was clean, had comfortable beds and lots of TV's. We were within walking distance to restaurants and most attractions. The best part is when you come back how quiet it is at night in this location! The island has a lot to offer without ever leaving. Great place can't wait to return!!

We stayed over the July 4th weekend and had an amazing time. There is a cute little convenience story that sells ice cream as well as indoor/outdoor pools and beach access. The home was nicely decorated with plenty of space for sleeping and privacy with multiple families staying there at the same time. It was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen and the balconies were amazing. There were lots of amenities within walking distance and some only a short drive away. We will definitely return to this property!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation last year! We had everything we needed and the house was neat and clean. We loved being within walking distance to the pool, gym, shops, restaurants, and even mini golf for the kids! Looking forward to July!

The home had a lot of space for all the family to spread out very sound proof home too. Nice decor. Comfortable beds too. Really nice community. It seems the property should also get a shell parking space too.

When I first arrived at the property I couldn't get in the keypad wouldn't take the code so me and my family had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. The property wasn't clean trash everywhere the carpet needs to be clean I done stayed in other house in Sunset Island and they never been like that before me and my family wasn't pleased at all.
