The beds. Was to have been a double, but that consisted of two beds pushed together, with a third one taking up floor space. Made the sleeping experience rather odd. My partner found the pillow hard.

it's very near with the tourist attractions. I didn't expect that it would be that near. It also has good food in breakfast. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Assisi alone or with their family.

A place worth recommending. Clean rooms, great views, central location. Very good meals (rich breakfast selection of cold cuts, eggs and bread; dinner served on the terrace overlooking the valley). Great service. I will definitely come back.

The owners were friendly and helpful, breakfast involved some incredible homemade cakes and lots of healthy choices, fruit, yoghurt, cereal. The room was clean and bright and I slept really well.

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff who were very accomodating. Very pleasant clean rooms with a nice view over Assisi and we'll provisioned. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future.

The room and the whole hotel are beautifully decorated - tasteful and not overloaded. The house the hotel is in is built on top of the old city wall. From my window I had an amazing view over the valley and a very pretty sunset. The location is excellent as well, right next to the city gate and the big parking lot, so that guests don't have to carry their stuff very far from the car. You get a discount for the daily parking fee if you stay at the hotel. Breakfast was on a big balcony with a nice view as well.
I cannot recommend dinner at the hotel restaurant. It had school lunch quality at best.

Close to the parking garage, a 5 minute walk to St. Francis cathedral, just inside the city walls. The staff was pretty nice, the rooms was clean.
The WiFi in our room was not working properly and it was a bit noisy. Although the breakfast was good, I wouldn’t recommend having dinner at the hotel.
