The host was lovely, I was able to contact her before my arrival and she was very helpful. The flat was lovely and homely and my room was very comfortable. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome.

The apartment is well-equipped and reasonably close to a tram station and a bus stop (~ 7 to 10 mins). The host is very warm, responsive, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. The room is really quiet.

Be mindful that you might share the apartment with a second guest in a different room. The apartment is non-smoking, however, during my stay there, the other guest smoked on the balcony but the odor still came inside, so it was not so pleasant.

Personable property owner, felt very at home when offered refreshments & shown facilities.

Would be brilliant if the entrance to the building is specified. However, my difficulty with this may have been due to the time of arrival (night).

Host Anne Sophie was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The room was clean and location perfect for me being so close to the airport (a few mins away by taxi)

Despite my flight being delayed and it being fairly difficult for me to get a taxi at my new arrival time.Anne-Sophie really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and settled. Nice space. It was clean and homely.

Unfortunately, due to not being able to access the property I was unable to experience the things that made it appealing to me in the first place.

If you are thinking of staying with this host, please please please be aware that if things go wrong on your end she will not be sympathetic to your situation at all. She has no way of letting you in to the property except through her, which is a flaw in itself and led to my predicament.... My story begins on a late Saturday evening. My plane was unexpectedly late and due to my error in working out when I would land in Toulouse, I thought I had plenty of time to make it to her property. Yes, I should have messaged her anyway, but we all make mistakes when travelling alone for the first time. It was not until landing in Toulouse that I discovered messages from her wondering where I was. I rushed into a taxi and went to the property feeling guilty for getting my times mixed up and causing her to wait. I called the host several times, left a voicemail and messages to no avail. I feared she had already gone to sleep. I had nowhere else to go and did not know Toulouse so rung the buzzers of the apartments as I did not know her name, in a last attempt of getting through to her or help from a kind neighbour, again with no luck. It was quickly approaching 2am by this point and after considering sleeping on the porch, I decided to make my way back to the airport. I could not use the uber due to inability to login and my poor french did not help me in booking a taxi. There was no other way for it - I had to walk 40 minutes all the way back to the airport at 2am in the dead of night. Luckily, I made it safely back to the airport without running into trouble, but by this point I was tired, and too mentally drained to even attempt to find a hotel, so resulted to locking myself in a toilet cubicle to get at least some sleep without fear of theft. I am not saying she is a bad host - I'm sure it would have been great if my plane was on time. What hurt, was her inability to check that I was okay and making me the bad person. What If I got harmed? P.S. I never got my money back.

Good size room, great shower. Exceptionally clean.

Anne-Sophie was a really warm welcoming host and her place was spacious, tidy and modern looking. I would have loved to stay longer to be able to have some nice conversation with Anne :)

The hostess and owner of the apartment was incredibly welcoming and gracious. The room was very comfortable and spacious and in close proximity to central Blagnac and the river. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Had a joyous stay. Very welcoming and helpful, super access to Blagnac downtown and airport.
