Room looked fantastic and very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, great for parking and good location just a short stroll down to the seafront. Hosts were great to deal with and answered any questions we had promptly. The guests handbook is one of the most in depth I've seen and tells you absolutely everything you need to know about the property and surrounding area, really great little touch. For the price I really don't think you can beat this, we'll definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

Very clean, the hosts were always on the other end of the line if something was needed. Ironing board to use and the kitchen was also helpful ! The continental breakfast was also great. Great location, very modern and Netflix was a good touch

Bed was slightly on the firm side, the blinds let a bit too much light in in the mornings, maybe curtains would help

Very clean, had parking on site that we left our car in. Breakfast provided and regularly stocked up with great kitchen facilities available. Comfy and spacious room for a couple. Netflix provided for the room.

Couldn’t find a way to turn off bathroom towel rail so was like a sauna in there, I’m sure if we’d asked you would’ve advised to be honest but wasn’t a big issue as just kept bathroom door shut. WiFi was not the best speed wise but decent mobile signal so didn’t mind too much.

Lovely, bright modern room. Exceptionally clean.

Bed and pillows slightly uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, facilities were excellent room was very comfortable.

On the Sunday night until the very early hours, loud drunken people singing and arguing as they went past the property, a lot of homeless people in the area, Monday night not quite so bad but similar.

Very well organised. Straightforward and hassle free check in procedure. The room was exceptionally clean and attractively decorated. Nice view of the park. Plenty of hot drinks provided. Helpful staff. Outside was a bit noisy being a big town, inside the accommodation however was very quiet.

One tiny thing - coasters! I didn't feel right putting my hot drink mug straight on the furniture. Everything else was great though.

Very clean and tidy. Had towels ready aswell to use.

The pillows were very flat, that's okay if you don't mind sleeping low, personally I like a bit of height so maybe have a spare pillow in case someone wants to use it. There's a theater and band place near so was a little noisy.

Clean and comfy room, great bed. Really nicely presented. Superb for a couple as a base to explore the English Tiviera.
