We loved the apartment, beautifully presented and plenty of breakfast items and pastries for your liking.big tv with Netflix.The owner was wonderful and helpful.own parking space in a gated area.

The traffic was a menice to get there, don't know if it's always like that or not.It was a long weekend

10/10 accommodation. The place is immaculate and everything looks new, very spacious. Has all the amenities you would need for both short and long stay. Bed is super comfortable! Very nice host who met me on arrival and quick to respond to messages. I would happily recommend and will return again 👍

Apartment was clean and well equipped, walking distance to city centre. Simone who greeted us on check in and check out was very nice.

Parking!!! The apartment is advertised with free parking which we requested when we booked. We messaged Bernie on route to update arrival time and ask how to access car park. She replied with eircode and told us Simone would give us access and show us where to park. We arrived at the apartment and we were greeted by Simone and shown where to park and checked in, etc. We received a message from Bernie 20 minutes later telling us we needed to move our car and either park on street (pay and display parking which is non existent due to hospital next door) or park in St Finbarr's multistory 5 mins away. We didn't really understand why we were asked to move our car when the apartment said it came with parking. I expressed my disappointment and when we questioned it, we were told all the spaces in the carpark were needed by hospital staff after 8pm, even though the car park is private, gated (need a fob to access) and had a sign to say it was for use by apartment residents only. We ended up having to park our car in St Finbarr's car park at an extra cost of 60 euro for 2 days. When we asked would the cost of parking be reimbursed Bernie didn't reply to my message. We felt she had a very 'not my problem attitude' and her explanation really made no sense. The most frustrating part is the car space we had parked in initially remained empty the whole time we were there and none of the other cars in the car park moved! So apartment was nice but definitely was not worth the money when you have to fork out that much extra for parking! Was not pleased by Bernie's attitude and would not recommend or return again.
