there were no coffee or tea or cups and saucers or glass to drink your water, only an electric kettle , when I asked they said they don’t supply those things.

Location and setting and gardens and beach view exceptional
Pool dirty green got infected red eye still bad. Bathroom fittings dirty and broken. Have stayed here regularly last 6 years. Has gone downhill no maintenance. Cancelled rest of booking 5-10 March 3 March but nothing communicated to booking.com. Will never stay there again.

We practically had the hotel for ourselves, they rarely had bookings. Reception personel was responsive and friendly. Breakfast was either asian or continental.

The location is perfect. Sea view is pretty
1. Every morning (5 in a row) 7 am woken up by staff that cleans and shouts, couldnt sleep well for 5 nights (they literally shout while cleaning your doorstep)
2. The place is nice but for 480 a night id expext so much more, there are places like that for literally 1/3 of that price - bad value for money
3. In 2 different times we were woken up (3 am and 6 am) by someone sitting on our private bunglaows entrance. When u pay for a private cabin you expect it to be private, there are T least 15 more EMPTY bungalows all around so its even a little intimidating when on purpose they chose to come to your porche and sit there like its theirs.
4. Place kinda empty - 5 nights and saw only one more bungalow occupied (out of like 30)

The only thing that worked properly in this hotel was the wifi connection.
Staff at the reception asked us to pay upfront, first time this happens in a 2 weeks trip. We should have guessed something. We were welcomed in our room by a massive cockroach in the toilet, which can be not that bad if the room in general looks taken care of. The painting in the ceiling had traces of a leak where the paint was never replaced. We asked for a change of room and they moved us to another one where the linen was the only clean part of the room. There were hairs and plastics in the sink in the floor of the toilet and footprints around the rest of the floor. We asked for cleaning and a guy was “cleaning” while we had dinner. At the restaurant, there were only instant noodles and fried rice available, also omelette. We ate a small dinner and when we went back to the room the cleaning guy had been smoking and the hairs were still in the toilet.
We passed the night hoping time would go by fast. At checkout we asked for help arranging a taxi and they told us they don’t have any taxi number.
