The condo was perfect for our family of four along with our friends and their son. We loved that the beach was just steps away and all of the amenities for the beach were a plus and allowed us to not have to pack as many items. We also enjoyed the location as it was low key and family oriented. The beach wasn't overcrowded, yet you could still travel nearby for the fast pace bigger crowds to Clearwater or Tampa. The pool and hot tub was nice, not large but if you timed it right it wasn't too crowded. My favorite room in the condo was the kitchen. We cooked most of our meals most of the days we were there. The grills were also a plus to have access to at the pool area. The beds were comfy. The only negative experience we had was that the floors were sticky and some what dirty. I did contact the owner and she was very quick to respond and did offer to send their cleaners to come back out to clean the floors. We had just decided to purchase a mop and do it ourselves in which the owners reimbursed us for.

Our annual trip was with this condo and it was exactly as described Milne. The facility was great and the owners provided everything we could want to make our vacation a pleasure.

The property matched the listing and pictures. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were in the unit for tenants to use. The beach was not crowded, and the ocean water was calm and warm. We never used the pool the ocean was like a big pool. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again.

It was a nice place nice location not much traffic a plus. Had everything needed even beach supplies chairs coolers and towels a plus. Beach area pool nice plenty of chairs nice area to cook outdoors three Grills available wasn’t busy but this was kinda of off season visit which is nice for us. Keys were a little hard to use on entrance just had to jiggle but worked

Very nice condo with all the amenities and space we needed. Beach was easily accessible which we visited everyday. Pool area was spacious with lots of seating space, pool was large and enjoyed by all in our party. we will consider coming to Beach Cottages again next Spring.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was more beautiful than the pictures and was very clean. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this unit or anything else Lindsey had available. What a lovely beach for taking walks, we used the grills that were by the pool and my teens played volleyball on the net right on the condo property. We could walk or have a short drive to our favorite restaurants. We also loved the bird sanctuary next door, so much nicer that having another building next door.

Check process was super easy, facility ,pool all were super clean, condo was well equipped with everything you would need including beach and pool items. Overall excellent! Would highly recommend

Wonderful vacation condo that easily accommodated 8 adults and teens. Very clean and updated with beach chairs and coolers provided by the host. There are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops within a mile of the condo.

Great condo located right on the beach with lots of great restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our girls trip!

I would definitely rent this condo again!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants was an added bonus. Condo was spacious and well stocked.

We had a lovely week relaxing on the beach & enjoying the sunsets. It was a nice place & the area was less crowded than many other beachfront locations we have been to.

Overall our stay was relaxing and pleasant. The condo is decorated tastefully and has had major upgrades. The kitchen is beautiful and the condo was spacious. Love the location for both the area and being beachfront. Would stay here again!

Very clean.

Excellent property to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property sits on a quiet stretch of the beach. No crowds, no louds parties and not a lot of traffic. If you want night life and daily activities, Madeira Beach is just a 15 minute drive south on Gulf Blvd. We loved the solitude.

The place was great! Hope to come back.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Really loved how close it was to Clearwater and Treasure Island!!! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!!!
