Atmosphere is quiet and enjoying the weather. Staff is helpful and friendly.

All the way to kundasang is not well maintained, the road is bad and without good signate. Lack of interesting activities, only some outdated points for photo taking, kind of boring. Most of the homestay are not well maintained. Hope the government will improve the overall atmospheres to attract tourists

the location was quiet . The property very pleasant when enter. The properties has lots of kitchen cutleries with nice deco plates etc but no cleaning clothes available.

The water heater in the master bed room wil take a long time to heat up after about 4 mins continuous use. The property said can sleep up to 8 with sofa bed. We have to pay for towel, pillow and blanket for family number 6, and 7. No hooks to hang towels or clothes in the general bathroom. No cleaning cloths for cleaning in the kitchen. No extra toilet tissue given. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom emit a strange smell and its slippery due to the dampness of the bathroom and maybe lack of use. The jacuzzi ended up as an obstable to someone who wants to shower. All sink tap should have hot water as its ice cold water all the time. Not pleasant to brush your teeth with ice cold water in the morning.

Definitely worth the price. The view from the villa was so beautiful. You can see the mount kinabalu clearly. Privacy at its best!

Generally most of the roads in Kundasang are quite bad. It’s better to drive 4WD to come to the villa.

Very comfortable and clean. Can fit big group of people. Good for family and friends for leisure and parties. Best part is, you can enjoy the view of Mt Kinabalu first thing in the morning.

Understand it might be out of the property owner control, but it looks a bit unsafe when we go up and try to find the property. It would be better if there is someone in reception or security guard.

Overall the house was clean and very nicely furnished with many seating sofas. The kitchen equipment was also very nice and complete. BBQ pit was included and there were 3 sets of tables/benches outdoors with 2 basket swings which was great since I had party of 9. The beds were a bit soft but still comfortable and I liked the many pillows provided Blanket was also comfortable. Each of the 3 rooms had their own bathrooms and there was a fourth which can be shared.

A couple of things 1) the heater system was not the best. You might not get a consistent stream of hot water especially if everyone is taking shower at same time. The staff mentioned water source was from the mountains.. annoying but bearable 2) the assess road to the location was quite bad, make sure your vehicle isn't the low type or with elaborate skirting, else you are going to scratch it

The entire house is excellent, very spacious, a lots of comfy sofa & space for you to chill. Fully renovated with great design. You wouldn’t feel that you are in Malaysia. The host help to prepare the BBQ equipment immediately during our 2nd day. Besides that, you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the front of your house during sunrise time (please check on Google for the next sunrise time, quite accurate and you can really dip yourself into slow music with the views) if that was not enough, you can climb a little bit up (within 20 footsteps)to the 2nd floor of restaurant to see the sunrise and clouds. Add on: 1) there’s 3 rooms with 4 bathrooms. Master room has jacuzzi (you can prepare your own bath bomb to get ready for that, which we’re quite regret that we didn’t prepare for it) and each of the bedroom has own bathroom with standing shower and one extra bathroom (which we doesn’t require to use) 2) you can buy some red wines or champagne, they have proper wine cooler in the living room 3) you will need to rent a car to get to the property, it’s around 2 hours drive from KK airports. But you’re also quite near to Desa Dairy Farm & ATV and some other activities.

1) The water heater could be better. As the temperature in Kundasang is quite freezing, the water heater is 5 sec of hot water and follows by 5 sec of cold water. 2) if we can close the window up there, as it has a lots of insects coming in to the house during night time. But ya, it’s expected to have insects in this nature place

The house was big enough for a small family gathering. Cooking utensils were complete so it was easy to cook than go out to eat as the road leading to the villa is quite tricky. The view from the villa was spectacular!

There were flies coming in when you open the door. According to the caretaker, it’s because of the fertilizer they’re using for the flowers. The bathrooms clogged & flooded even when we haven’t used them. Wish they would provide mini shower gel, shampoo, soap & toothbrush for the price we’re paying.

1. Staff car alarm went off at wee hours of the morning about 230am till almost sun rise. all of us did not have a good sleep. apparently cafe staff heard the car alarm but was not proactive to check on it. the noise was irritating & annoying. 2. only 2-1 soap shampoo was provided. other basic toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste were not provided. we had to drive down a distance to buy some. tissue paper was not provided too. when asked, staff said that we did not request for it. unbelievable that we had to request for such things. even in a 3 star hotel, there is always basic necessities such as tissue, tooth brush & toothpaste. it’s a pity because the villa is nicely decorated but it falls short due to the lack of basic toiletries. 3. only 1 stove is working well 4. lots of flies but was told it’s the season. there were 2 cockroaches roaming in the living room area

The villa is lovely and comfortable to stay in with the family. You can see mount Kinabalu from this Villa and it's beautiful!! Alatan di dapur ada macam2 dan cukup lengkap. Walaupun jalan nak naik ke villa jauh dan berbatu-batu tapi bila dah sampai di villa memang fascinating! 😍 and the most important thing is the caretaker. She's friendly, helpful and responsive if you have any problems regarding the villa. The best service we got from them 👍🏼

No bathroom door in queen bedroom and single bedroom and jalan untuk naik ke villa berbatu-batu. Water heaters are functioning except if all bathrooms are used simultaneously.

No spare key to open the locked door, forced to break the door & asked for customer to repaid it & Rm24 deduct from my deposit ... 1st time experience with this issue

The view was outstanding. Villa located close to Mount Kinabalu and its surrounded with beautiful nature. The furnishings is luxurious and comfortable.

Great location. Very clear view of Mount Kinabalu even from the kitchen. Friendly workers. Working water heater. Good food from nearby cafe. Best stay ever.

The staff very fast response on our message

There were 4 bath room in the house but only 1 bath room can ues hot water for shower. The staff told us the other 3 bath room the hot water supplier was just broken a day before we check in. But To be honest, our friends was booked the same house as us 2 weeks ago, and they also been told the same thing. Which make us think the water boiler were broken for so long but the management doesn't wan to fix it but they still can to rent out the house than tell the guest the same story " the hot water supplier was broken a day before you check in!!!"
