Just minutes away from Disneyland by car… this place is amazing! Very spacious, clean, lots of accommodations. Great communication with the rental company. The only downside is the noise ordinance (out of the owners control) because sitting in the Hot tub after walking 10 miles in Disneyland would’ve been great! Highly recommend this place for anyone with kids. The water slide was a blast.

I took my family to Disneyland and this location was excellent! We had a day off between park days and relaxed in the pool. The property was great and plenty of beds for our group of 7.

Great pool, quiet neighborhood, short walk to Disney

This property location to Disneyland was perfect. Coming back from a long day in the park and having the spa and pool to relax in was amazing. If you’re going to Disney I highly recommend this property.

The property was just right. The pool was so delightful and the location to Disney was perfect.

This house is very clean well appointed. It is also an easy 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Our kids LOVED the pool and hot tub! We walked home from Disney after lunch each day, played in the pool and rested up, then walked back to the park for more fun in the evenings once it cooled down. If you don’t want to walk it is a short 5 minute Uber ride. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. You would never know it was so close to the parks. We also enjoyed watching Disneyland’s nightly fireworks from the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location. The neighborhood felt safe. The walk to Disney was easy and only about 20 min. Our 7 and 9 year old grandkids made the walk with no issues, both early in the day and late at night. And you can see the 9:30pm fireworks really well from the back yard! The pool was fantastic. The kids (and grandma) loved the slide. So nice that it was heated, we got in within 10 min from arriving! :-) And the hot tub was an excellent way to relieve sore muscles after a day at Disney. The house was clean and worked really well for our family. There were enough paper goods to last our full stay. And it was nice to have shampoo and soap provided. The washer/dryer were helpful too. The grandkids really liked having a TV in each of their rooms, and that was nice for us too so they could watch their shows. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was stocked well. The toaster and microwave were all we needed, and they worked well. The rules (eg no outside noise 10pm-9am, list all people that will be at the house, no car covering the sidewalk or in the street) are important to follow to avoid fines from the city, and it was nice of the Funtierland folks to make sure we knew the rules clearly. We had a great vacation and this house helped make it even more perfect for us!

We stayed here four nights. Our kids loved the pool and game room in the garage. Great location for Disney - maybe a 3-5 minute drive.

Weird pool rules but everything else was awesome.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals in Anaheim. This was one of the best. Pool was amazing and instructions for spa and slide were easy to follow. TV system was easy (if you haven’t stayed in a rental before, they can often be a pain and take a half hour to figure out). House was clean. No hassle. Smooth check in process. Beds were super comfortable. Perfect stay for a large family.

We had a lovely stay at this property. My kids had an absolute blast in the pool. It’s close to Disney and a nice alternative to a hotel.

Love this place, will definitely be going back next time we go to Disney.

If getting to Disney is an aim of yours, you can’t have a better location without actually being in the park. You’re close enough to walk over!! You are also really close to downtown Disney for some great food options. The pool in the backyard is great! And this is one of the first VRBO experiences that we actually had all we needed to cook. All in all a 10/10 experience for us.

Some coworkers and I stayed at this space during a local convention. It was clean, convenient, and the check in process was very easy. The property matches what is shown in the photos. The pool is a lovely touch!

This property worked out perfectly for our family vacation to Disneyland. Property is well located to walk to the park so we didn’t need to rent a car. We just took an Uber if we needed anything further away. The pool was great and gave the kids and adults hours of fun. The house is a little dated and run down but had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved this place! It was very clean and conveniently located, with Disney, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby, while still being in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The only issues we had were with the waterfall/slide feature on the pool--somehow we got it to work one day, but not after that. The spa was great, though, and was used almost every night. Communication was good--we never had to wait long for an answer when we had a question or issue. We would recommend this property.

Home is in a great location within walking distance to Disney and the backyard pool was fantastic! Spa was very relaxing after a long day walking in the parks. The pool was surprisingly warm for January and the waterslide and waterfall made the backyard feel like a tropical oasis.

The house was in a very good location, super easy access to Disney and all the stores!! The management was very easy to get a hold and very responsive. The pool was beautiful. Home away from home.

I would not recommend staying at this home if you value your sleep. Every morning before 6 am we were woken up by the neighbors two dogs. We even let the neighbor know but to no avail. Management did nothing to assist. One morning before six we were also woken up by a neighbor’s loud music as well. We asked management to fix the fire pit that wouldn’t turn on but despite their saying they’d send someone out, they never did. Pool was nice. Location great but we were exhausted the entire trip because of neighbor’s dogs and music.

This was a very comfortable quiet stay in a very cute neighborhood!

Easy online process. Texting communication worked well. Some of the property could use an update such as patio furniture, dryer, patio doors need replacement. Propane tanks do not fill properly and we went without propane for two days. Pool needs more detailed instructions and proper cleaning before new tenants. One bedroom only sleeps 3 because can’t extend two beds out fully. Recommend more supplies like toilet paper and paper towel we ran out and no tin foil or Saran Wrap etc. Location is a selling feature nice walk to parks. Thankyou.

This house was great for our two families! The location is perfect to walk to Disneyland. The house was very comfortable, we wish the kitchen was better stocked for the number of people the house can accommodate. The hot tub didn’t always heat up which was a bummer when your body is tired from walking around the park all day but the owners were very responsive and helpful with ever request we had. We had a great time and would recommend this house to our friends.

Nice location; close enough to Disneyland to walk to it, also close to the Freeway. Some of the furniture is well worn and in need of repair or replacement. The floor could have been cleaner. The kids loved the pool.

Perfect house for 2 families totally 9 of us. The pool and out door patio were a favorite of everyone. A good 15 min walk to the Disney main gates but about 7-10 to the monorail in downtown Disney. Bummer quiet time is at 10-9am for renters. The neighbors were up every morning about 6:30am making all kinds of noise as well as the yard maintenance guys. Over all we loved it!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. There were even some kids’ dishes. We took advantage of a few of the strollers provided. They are well used, but worked fine for us. When they say the front door to the house is a 15-minute walk to Downtown Disney, they are not kidding. We came back to the house for lunch most days. The pool was fantastic. It’s not fenced off so that might be something to consider if you have smaller children. There was only one puddle jumper provided and most of the pool toys were broken. Next time we will add some to our Walmart order. Also, no cleaning supplies were provided so again I would add a container of Clorox wipes to my grocery order. I would definitely recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed.
