The house was so clean and comfortable, and Sam's communications were fab. Lovely little touches made the stay really enjoyable.

Quiet location but easy to get into town, which is under 15 minutes away It is also near the hospital as advertised. A Tesco Express is only a 6 minute walk away, which sells fresh coffee. Directions are provided in a folder.

The house is rather small and the owners have clearly gone for a sense of spaciousness rather than fill it out with things. So there is no wardrobe in the main bedroom and just a small breakfast bar to eat at. There are draws under the beds for storage which maybe missed at first.

The property was spotless, had everything we needed & convenient to the town centre. Our host was fantastic & made great effort to check we were enjoying our stay.

Very convenient location and exceptionally quiet. Bright, cheery and spotlessly clean accommodation. Fabulous shower and items such as shower gel shampoo for us to use.

Would have liked to have been able to eat outside

This was the perfect home away from home for us for 2 weeks. It's in a great location, has every amenity you can think of & is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The shower has wonderful water pressure, the beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the house was super cosy. There are also 2 parking spaces in front of the property which is very hard to find in the UK & really convenient. Sam, the host, is fabulous & I would definitely recommend her lovely little Airbnb to anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay in Bury St Edmunds.

Clean & comfortable. Easy walk to town centre.

We were expecting a terrace (garden) with patio furniture but there was none. A shaving mirror over bathroom basin would be helpful. Windows were in need of cleaning. A route map for short cut for walk into town would have been helpful.

Notification that there is no dryer on the property and no laundry detergent available. There was limited seating downstairs for three people although there are two bedrooms.

A nice private location.

Would need a larger bed if staying more than a couple of nights. Also a fan would be welcome and the lack of any hanging space for clothes in the main bedroom is a shame. These are minor things really, but wouldn't ruin the stay

Excellent location for visiting our daughter in Horringer and easy distance into Bury St Edmunds. Lovely comfortable accommodation in a quiet road.

Perhaps a wardrobe in the main bedroom would be useful.
