Luna Bay Breeze offered our family the most perfect base for our first week in the Keys - it is spacious and had everything we needed and more. We loved having the bikes and kayaks... and we had manatees (and their babies) visit us every day!! It was absolutely magic. We loved that there was always somewhere to sit outside, whether we preferred the sun or the shade. The pool was far bigger than we expected and was perfect for the kids. The location was great, we explored all of Marathon on the bikes and it was so convenient to walk to Publix and the other stores. Choosing to stay here really did make our trip. We loved it. And we miss it!!

The property was very nice. There were a few kitchen things ilt was lacking but the host said she's going to get thoses so future guests will have them!

The outdoor facilities were comfortable.

I paid $4374 for one week at this facility. It’s old and needs to be completely updated. There are cameras everywhere which is beyond creepy. The owner was on the property multiple times which felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and sent 7 emails over the course of my stay. There was no ice in the ice machine. When I informed the owner, she said, “Oops I’m so sorry. You may need to turn it on.” She never offered to buy me a $2 bag of ice. For this amount of money, this is just awful service. To top it all off, she had the audacity to ask me to bring in, from the street, the garbage and recycling cans AFTER THE GARBAGE WAS PICKED UP. She TOLD me where to put them on their respective sides of the house! Unreal. Finally, there are 3 pages of INSTRUCTIONS on how to CLEAN the condo before you leave. 3 pages! I stay at vacation rentals at least twice per year. NEVER have I been instructed to clean the property to this level. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We loved everything about this property and location! 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a island paradise. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we're as comfortable as possible. So many little touches they included in the house that really put the cherry on top. The house and property grounds were exceptionally clean and well kept and the location is perfect with it being so close to Sombrero Beach, food,stores and many other attractions. We will definitely be back!
