Property management asked for more Money as OYO reserved my room for cheap price, I paid extra Rs.400. Room was not clean, seems like they clean the floors very rarely and the floor mat was very untidy. TV was not working, after asking they answered the DTH service was not recharged.

Nothing is impressed while traveling with family

There is no proper maintenance as foul smell and un clean bathrooms, lobby & bedroom.

Nothing. Staffs were rude.. I had complained that they were asking for more money like 1 k per day, also room was not very clean, I am accepted at 1 k and raised an issue in review after my stay last time. The staff read the review and refused me to give the room when I am about to check in last time, even this booking. Com doesn't care about it.. Review is meant for improving themselves, not for making customers frustrated, when they go again for booking next time even though accepting the defects , believing them they I'll improve by customer.

Room is not very very clean full of hairs and some nasty things in bed and in room.

Rooms were not cleaned properly with dust and foul smell in room , also the staffs were asking 1000 per day during payment. Even if we book for 600 k its ok to ask 750 per day but they are charging more. Booking.com is not even cared on customer values. Please give genuine price while booking in this app.

Location is preferable if you're looking for a low-cost AC place near Velacherry Bus Stop

The experience was NOT GOOD at all. The Check-in experience was okayish - took too long. The Building has no lift so it is very problematic for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. There aren't any facilities as such - only a common cooking place on the 1st floor which I think is shared by some long-term tenants. This cooking space is very dirty and I don't think any guest will want to cook anything there. There's a street dog that roams around in the building all the time. The bathrooms are not well-maintained. The washroom with my room had no lock on the inside. Shockingly, on the last night of our 3N stay, there was a knocking on the door of our room very late at night - it was very frightening for me and my partner as the building has virtually no security at night. Although the staff reassured us after we reported it to them, this was a very unpleasant experience for us. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here if you're staying with family or female members.

We'd booked two weeks in advance, called the manager a day in advance, confirmed our booking, told him to expect a late check in, but when we showed up, he told us he didn't have any rooms for us! He was drunk, he talked nonsense and shut the gate on us! WORST experience!

I liked AC, Fan, Wi Fi, Bathroom, Dining place, Water etc.

I did not like Mattress, Cleanness of bed sheet, pillow cover, mosquito repellent etc. Condition of mattress is poor. In mosquito repellent there was no liquid chemical. There was no wardrobe to keep luggage.
